ABSTRACT This study focused on the assessment of constraints facing the teaching of entrepreneurship education in Nigerian Universities. The study stated as its research objective the identification of these constraints and suggestion of possible solutions to these challenges. At the end of the study, the study discovered that unavailability of infrastructure is a major constrain to the teaching of entrepreneurship education in Nigerian Universities; Inconsistent electricity and unavailability of quality laboratories for practical have limited the teaching of entrepreneurship education; ac! of proper planning and adequate budget on the part of school administrators have been a major constrain to the teaching of entrepreneurship education; ac! of interest by students has contributed greatly to effective teaching of entrepreneurship education in Nigerian universities the study ho"ever concluded that the constraints facing the effective teaching of entrepreneurship education in Nigerian Universities is both administrative and student based and includes the lac! of adequate infrastructure, manpo"er, student interest and electricity.
