It is requested that the marriage party may deposit the requisite fee and complete the other formalities on 20/12/2013 between 10 AM to 12 PM at the O/o the DC North, i, Kripa Narain Marg, ISBT Delhi. The marriage will be registered on SAME DAY, if application formalities found completed in all respect. You Should C ome at the Office of the Registrar along with the following Documents in original as well as with one attested photocopy. 1. Application form duly filled signed by Husband and Wife.Print Application Form. 2. Fee of Rs.100/- to be deposited with Marriage C lerk and the receipt is to be appended with the form. 3. Self attested documentary evidence of date of birth of both parties (Matriculation C Ertificate/Passport/Nirth C erificate). 4. Self attested residential proof of both the parties (Voter I-C ard/Ration C ard/Driving License/Passport etc. 5. Self attested Marriage Invitation card, if available. 6. Separate Affidavits from husband and wife (to be prepared on Rs. 10/- stamp paper and duly attested by Notary Public Or Oath C ommissioner) giving :a. Date and Place of Marriage. b. Date of Birth. c. Martial Status at the time of Marriage. d. Affirmation that the parties are not related to each other within the prohibited degree of relationship as per Hindu Marriage Act. e. C itizenship. f. I belong to _________________ (Religion). 7. For the purpose of identification, the proof may be in the form of a certificate containing the attested photographs of the husband and wife duly attested by any Officer/official of central or state governments or Union Territory Administration of PSU/Autonomous bodies whose identity can be established or by any person having PAN of Income Tax ,Adhar C ard,Voter C ard.The said person/witness will have to report (along with original documents of his/her Identity/PAN C atrd & Residential Proof) in the office of Marriage Registrar along with marriage parties on the date & time given for the registration of marriage. 8. Passport size photograph of both parties (2 C opies each) as well their C eremonial photographs pasted on a plain paper duly attested by any Officer/Official of C entral or State Governments or Union Territory Administration of PSU/Autonomous bodies whose identity can be established or by any person having PAN of Income Tax and AADHAAR No. 9. Attested copy of divorce decree/order in case of divorce and death certificate of spouse in case of widow/widower. 10. Where marriage has been solemnized at a religious place, a certificate from the priest is required. 11. In case one of a foreign national, certificate from the Embassy concerned regarding his or her present material status. 12. In case one of the parties belongs to other than Hindu, Buddhist, Jain and Sikhs religions, a conversion certificate from the priest who solemnized the marriage is required. 13. The applicants have to apply for registration of marriage to the office of Deputy C ommissioner in whose territorial jurisdiction either of the applicants resides. 14. AADHAR C ARD is Mandatory and required from Husband Wife and Witness.

1. If the given date is Gazetted Holiday / Holiday, You are requested to visit the office next working day. 2. The Applicants must ensure that the Present Address of Husband OR Wife must be in the jurisdiction of the District in which you are applying. The applications will be considered by Marriage Officer only if Present Address of Husband OR Wife is within the jurisdiction of the District in which you are applying.
