RRC measurement events

All measurement events are described in 3GPP TS 25.331

INTRA-FREQUENCY EVENTS
Event 1a Event 1b Event 1c A Primary CPICH enters the Reporting Range (FDD only). A Primary CPICH leaves the Reporting Range (FDD only). A Non-active Primary CPICH becomes better than an active Primary CPICH (FDD only). Change of best cell (FDD only). A Primary CPICH becomes better than an absolute threshold (FDD only). A Primary CPICH becomes worse than an absolute threshold (FDD only).
