Abstract
Spatial & Functional Analysis of Educational Services in the City of Suran Using Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

Educational services are in the present era of more services that need to be provided for each individual , being a main pillar for the advancement and development of society and it is standard to measure their progress and underdevelopment . That patterns of land use in the following cities to provide the level of miscellaneous services , and as such should be given to important private uses of the land for services in general and educational services in particular . Began this study of a hypothesis: it , saw the city of Suran population growth and Msahia and urban considerably in recent years and the pattern of spatial distribution of the organizations of educational services , ranging from the style of random and aggregate , as a result of the expansion of the city in many of the edges at random and unplanned , and that the majority of the institutions of educational services in the city of Suran do not match with the standards for the construction of educational institutions and are suffering from problems in her performance career . And that the main objective of this study is to examine and analyze the reality of the spatial distribution of educational services in the town of Suran , to get to the trends and pattern of distribution , and highlight the characteristics of the level of these services in the city . To achieve the objectives of the study , the study was divided into an introduction and four main chapters , and each chapter divided into several sections as follows : The first chapter includes the conceptual framework of the study in terms of concepts and terminology and techniques and indicators used in the study and previous studies . The second chapter Vchris to study the evolution and distribution of educational services in the city of Suran and justification , through the three sections , addressing the first research , development sector of educational services in the town of Suran, and address the second research justification for the development sector of educational services The third section focused on the distribution of educational services at the level of residential neighborhoods . While interested in Chapter III analyzed the spatial characteristics of educational services in the city of Suran through two sections , the first section dealt with the spatial distribution of trends in educational services , while the second section devoted to analyze the pattern of spatial distribution of educational services . The fourth chapter , and the latter contained a analysis of the functional characteristics of educational services in the city , through the three sections , section dealt the first indicators of functional analysis , and included Section II Functional classification of educational services in the city (using a technology cluster analysis with interested third section select models of the optimal distribution Educational Services . In the end , the study found a set of conclusions and recommendations , in order to raise the efficiency of education services in the city in terms of quantity and quality . -A-
