VEGETABLES 540 ACRES

Growing Organic Vegetables is the most profitable farming-related activity in the market today. This belt will
feature both high-nutrition domestic as well as highly tasteful foreign vegetable types, grown to cater to the
increasing demand from the better-aware clientele.



ZOO, GAME RESERVE, SAFARI AND RESORT AREA 100 ACRES

This is the first amongst the many complex sectors of the Project. It will consist of the following:
1. It will have a Mini Zoo spread over 30-40 Acres housing different types of small mammals, reptiles
and birds. It will also house exotic specimens of flora.
2. The Game Reserve cum Safari cum Resort Area will be a high-income sector, spread over 60-70
Acres, in which, big mammals will be introduced and captivity-bred big cats will be introduced for
recreational hunting much on the likes of various African countries. The Safari will feature guided
bus/vehicle tours of the large mammals to the visitors.
3. The Resort will have the general specifications of any of the top-notch game-reserve properties of
established brands, like Aman Resorts properties in Ranthambore, including tents and the likes.

WATER BODIES 400 ACRES

This Project consists of 400 Acres of Water Bodies, set aside for aquaculture, including intensive pisciculture
and raising of crustaceans like Prawns, Shrimps and others. The ponds will be atleast 8 ft deep, and will have
three layers of fishes, depending on their depth in a water body.

MEGA FOOD PROCESSING AREA AND LOGISTICS HUB

This is the most important component of the Project. This is where all the un-processed farm-produce is
brought to be processed into finished goods for sale to the outside world. It will consist of the two broad
segments:

1. Food Processing Area, where actual processing of raw materials will be done. It will consist of:
a. Oil Press
b. Solvent Extraction Plant
c. Refinery
d. Animal Feed manufacturing Unit
e. Soyabean Products like Nuggets and Soya Milk Production Plant
f. Distillation Unit for extraction of essences and aromatic oils.
g. Cold Storage Facilities including environmentally-controlled long-term storage units.
h. Ware Housing for Food Grains and other farm Produce.
i. Dairy Processing and Dairy Products Manufacturing.
j. Fruit Products Manufacturing and Processed Foods Manufacturing Unit.
k. Vegetable and Fruits Dehydration Unit.
l. Fruits, Meat and Vegetables Flash Freezing Unit.
