Ifyouhavechosenaproblemortopic,keepanotebooktorecordyouractivitiesrelatedtothe report'sresearchmethods,observations,meetingsattended.Preparationisanongoing process. TheExecutiveSummarycapturestheessenceoftheentireprojectinafewlines(not exceeding15).Itwillincludethecompanybackground,theproblem/issueaddressed,thework doneandrecommendationsinbrief.Itwillalsobrieflytouchontheconclusionsand recommendations(ifany). TheIntroductiondefinesthetopicofthereportsothatthereaderispreparedforthetextthat

Incasethereisnoprimarydatacollection,youcanusesecondarydatafromcompany sourcesorelsewheretostudytheproblemANDspecifythesourceofinformation.
