Detailsofinternshipwillformthemainpartofyourreport.Hereyouwillgetintodepthabout theproject/studyundertakenbyyou.Youshouldoutlinethehistoryorobjectivesleadingupto theprojectorstudydetailedinthereport.Thepurposeofthispartistoarguewhythespecific projectorthestudyoutlinedinthereportisofinterest.Theobjectiveorgoalofthestudy shouldbecrisplystated.Thispartofthereportshouldanswerthequestion,``Whywasthe specificworkorstudydone?''.Keepthisbrief,butremembertooutlinethebackgroundand scope,andgiveaclearstatementofobjectivesofthestudy.Askaquestionthatyouwilltry toanswerinthisstudy.Afterreadingthispart,yourreadershouldbepreparedfortherestof thereportthatfollows. Incasethereisnoprimarydatacollection,youcanusesecondarydatafromcompany sourcesorelsewheretostudytheproblemANDspecifythesourceofinformation. Insomecases,datacollectionmightseemdifficultorirrelevant.Forinstance,acompany mightaskyoutoworkwiththerecruitmentteamandmakerecommendationsforimproving theprocesseffectiveness.Eveninsuchinstances,pastdataregardingrecruitmentcanbe usedinthestudyandsuitablerecommendationsmade.
