in Conducting the Grade 1 SReA School Year 2012-2013 Objectives 1.Prepare the materials, schedules and venues in assessing grade 1 entrants. Strategies/ Activities 1. Consult and coordinate with Grades 1-3 teachers who will assess grade 1 entrants. 2. Reproduce SRA Form 1 and Enclosure 2. 3. Check the materials needed in assessing the grade 1 entrants. Know the School Readiness of the Grade 1 through the Parent/ Caregiver Rating Sheet Reliable report 7. Accomplish the soft copy of the SReA Pre-Test Scores 1. Enter/ encode the pre-test scores of each pupil in the different domains in the excel using the format of the SReA encoding pre- test. 2.Validate the pre-test result and submit the result of the soft copy to the School Principal. Go over with the different domains and have learners in Grade 1 perform it again. 1.
