in Conducting the Grade 1 SReA School Year 2012-2013 Objectives 1.Prepare the materials, schedules and venues in assessing grade 1 entrants. Strategies/ Activities 1. Consult and coordinate with Grades 1-3 teachers who will assess grade 1 entrants. 2. Reproduce SRA Form 1 and Enclosure 2. 3. Check the materials needed in assessing the grade 1 entrants. Grade 1-3 Teachers 2. Orient teachers Grades 1-3 teachers about the assessment. Create a committee/ a group of teachers who will assess in the different domain. To assess grade 1 entrants for the school year 2021-2013. 1.Require the photocopy of the birth certificate of the enrollees. 2.Each committee will work on their assigned domain to assess the enrollees of Grade 1. List down the age, gender and preschool program attended by the entrants for encoding in the SReA template. Analyze the scores of each entrant. May 31, 2012 May 23- 30, 2012

Up-to-date and well done report 6. Prepare the hard copy of the SReA PreTest Scores 1. List down the scores of each entrants in the different domains. 2. Know the School Readiness of the Grade 1 through the Parent/ Caregiver Rating Sheet Reliable report 7. Accomplish the soft copy of the SReA Pre-Test Scores 1. Enter/ encode the pre-test scores of each pupil in the different domains in the excel using the format of the SReA encoding pre- test. 2.Validate the pre-test result and submit the result of the soft copy to the School Principal. 8. Administer SReA Post test

Go over with the different domains and have learners in Grade 1 perform it again. 1. Enter/ encode the post-test scores of each pupil in the different domains in the excel using the format of the SReA encoding post- test. 2.Validate the post-test result and submit the result of the soft copy to the School Principal.
