Cashew Industry Management System


This Cashew Industry Management System is developed for managing the industrys daily production details, stock maintenance, salary details and employee details, managed by office workers and administrator. This software system allows administrator to control the entire system including database maintenance for adding a new employee, employee wage payment, supplier details. As well as this software keeps track of work done by each employee in each section & inventory maintenance.

STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAM: The project contains the following modules: Admin module: This module includes the login module and sub modules. Supplier modules: To manage suppliers, such as add new supplier or remove an existing one. Employee module: To manage employees, such as add new employee or remove an existing one. Labor: To manage payment for the employees such as wages, bonus & leave wages & national holiday wages (NHS) etc. User module: This module includes login module and the sub modules. Raw cashew: This module includes two sub modules. I.e. Import and domestic, for the raw cashews purchased. This module also includes drying of domestically purchased cashew nuts. Steam roasting: Here the cashews are roasted to make the shell brittle and loosen the kernel from inside of the shell. Shelling: It is the process in which kernels are separated from the shell. Hot chamber: Here the cashew kernels subjected to the process for a specified time which removes the moisture from kernels. Peeling: In this process in which husk and other secondary constituents are separated from cashew kernels.

Grading: Here the kernels after removing the skin in peeling process are graded according to size and quality. Filling: Packing the graded kernels and labeling each of them for the respective grade is done here. This mainly forms the favorable product image in the market. Inventory: This module keeps track of available raw cashew nuts and ready to sell cashews in the industry. Billing: To keep track & produce sales details.

Attendance System
The objective of the Attendance System is to keep track of all the employees about their attendance so that the company can calculate their basic salary according to their attendance. This automated system will help in reducing the paper work by the user drastically. It keeps all the important information saved safely in the database which can be taken back up from time to time. The system is user friendly and easy to use easy to use. The efficiency is improved for everyone involved by the automated systems. Data storing is easier. Scope: The Attendance System is very helpful in marking attendance instead of maintaining in a record or a file. The software is able to gain all the information required. Project Category: Network based Application Description: The software to be produced is on Attendance System. The first activity to be carried is to registration. Here the admin provides the username and password for each employee or user through which he/she can login and mark their particular attendance. Next is the employee registration. The user can store each employees information into the database. The user also has the authority to modify or delete the employees informa tion. Now the employee can login and need to go to his/her profile where he/she can see the Mark Attendance. On click on that module, the user gets to see a form. On a right click, another pop-up screen will appear. It consists of his/her name and the date. He just needs to fill his/her status. The status is a master. It includes Morning attended, day closed, lunch etc. Through this report the admin gets exact report of who were late, early and who were absent and for how many days.

Modules of the software: Account Configuration: Login registration: Admin has more authority than any other users. He can choose any user to use the software and the modules he select, can only be viewed and used by that particular employee. Admin provides username and password to employee for login purpose. Password change: The user can change the password by entering his first password if necessary. Login History: The software keeps track of the login history. This can be viewed only by the admin. It provides the employees login time and logout time. Through this the admin comes to who has worked how much. Employee Masters: Employee master is included where the user can enter his name, address, contact and his basic salary. The user can add, delete or modify the existing details. Mark Attendance: Now the employee can login and need to go to his/her profile where he/she can see the Mark Attendance. On click on that module, the user gets to see a form. On a right click, another pop-up screen will appear. It consists of his/her name and the date. He just needs to fill his/her status. The status is a master. It includes Morning attended, day closed, lunch etc Report: At the end of the month report is generated to calculate the payment of each customer who arrived and purchased the apartment in that particular month. Matrimonial Agency Software SRS

The project Matrimonial System is developed to find the match between bride/groom according to their age, religion or caste. The basic purpose of SRS is to describe the complete behaviour of the software proposed. It is like an agreement between client and the developer. Software system easily understands and solves any problem if the SRS is produced. The special and the extra importance are given to identify what is required from the system, not how the system will work and achieve its goal. The final goal is to produce a stable and a high quality SRS. INTENDED USERS AND READING SUGGESTIONS: This Software Requirements document is intended for:

Administrator: should have the basic Knowledge of computers and Visual Basic in order to perform tasks. An Admin can access to any users profile whereas a user cannot access neither to admins profile nor to any other users profile.

User who should have the basic Knowledge of computers and Visual Basic in order to perform tasks and who wishes to read about what this project can do. User can access only the services given by the Admin.

OVERVIEW: This document provides an overview of the system functionality. SRS is like an agreement between the developer and the client of how the software MS is to be constructed. This system helps us to manage all the ticket transactions in an easily sorted manner. The project Matrimonial System is developed to find the match between bride/groom according to their age, religion or caste OVERALL DESCRIPTION PRODUCT PERSPECTIVE: A Database is included for more than one user in the MS system. Every user has a unique master key and it will uniquely open the database for each user. Admin provides different username and password for each user. This includes a wide range of sales activities. This software aims at the sales of ticket for each passenger and hence reducing paper work. It also provides day by day reports to keep track of all the sales activities. USER CHARACTERISTICS:

Administrator: The administrator of the company is allowed to access all the services in the system. The username and password for the end user is given by the administrator.

User: The user is allowed to access the services given by the administrator like ordering, billing etc. ASSUMPTIONS AND DEPENDANCIES:

Basic knowledge of the computers should be known by the users and we also assure that software user manual and training documentation will be given to the users. FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENT: Login Module: Introduction: Authorized users are allowed to access. Input: User enters the User type, Username and password. Process Definition: Checks User type, Username and password is valid or not. Output: User is directed to next page or shows the message box Login Failed. Registration module: Introduction: Only Admin can access the page.

Input: Admin has the authority to provide username and password for new users Process Definition: Checks same username and password exists or not and also checks whether all the fields are entered. Output: Employee gets the username and password.

Report Module: Introduction: Only Admin can access the page and check the report. Input: Bride/groom Process Definition: It retrieves all the information stored from different tables. Output: Requested report is generated. View module: Input: bride/groom name, DOB, age, religion caste, contact, address Process Definition: In the view module the user can view bride/grooms information which has already been saved. The user can also add new information or edit the present information. Output: New bride/grooms information is added to the table. Match module: Input: type, bride/grooms name Process Definition: the user can enter bride/grooms information and on a single click can find the perfect match to the corresponding bride/groom. Output: The match can be found or not.

Sports Management System


The Sports Management System (SMS) objective is to provide which manages the activity of many sports at a time. It also manages the selection activity of students to college and to state level. The users will consume less amount of time when compared to manual paper work through the automated system. The system will take care of all the servicing activity in a quick manner. Data storing is easier. It will be able to check any report at any time. Paper work and manual work is reduced. The system is user friendly and easy to use. Description: The software to be produced is on Sports Management System (SMS). There are 2 users i.e., the admin and the employee. Admin provides username and password to the employee. He also has the right to add or modify the given username and password of the employee. Using this username and password, an employee can login to the system. The first procedure is the student registration. Here the employee enters all the details of a student including the sport they like to participate. All these information will be stored in the database. Next is the entry of the tournaments. Here depending on the sport, the tournament date and the venue is saved in the database for further confirmation. There are 5 different sports. A list of players will be displayed and also the upcoming tournaments will be shown according to the particular sport. The system also provides a special authority of adding photos to the system for a particular sport for sweet memories and for proof. The system also does the selection procedure to the college level and the state level competition. To the college level all the players are allowed to play. Whereas to the state level, the best players will be selected from the college level list which will be also saved in the database. Modules of the software:

News Paper Agency System


News Paper Agency System is a circulation software and subscription management for newspaper and magazine distributors. It is a multiple newspaper subscription management software system that handles both newspaper and magazine circulation. This newspaper circulation system is designed for small publishers and both small and large home delivery and retail outlet distribution operations; and will give you the kind of control you want and need when you are responsible for the management and delivery of many different kinds of newspaper and magazine publications. Modules News Paper Agency System Modules Login: User must provide their user name and password to get access the system, system validate user name and password. After successful login system will captured login date, time and allow to accessing the main screen and menu options as per user type. Main Menu: After successfully login system display main screen with available menu option to the user as per rights. It also display user name, last logged in date, time in bottom of the screen. User Master: The System Administrator can able to add, modify system users, and also set the login rights and privileges to particular system resources to particular user. Additional details like department name, contact no, email id of the users also captured. Change Password: User can change his/her own password. Customer Master: Maintain details of customer, like name, delivery address, delivery line no, delivery charges, customer contact no, flag for customer active, if customer is not available for some days in a month, just set customer this flag, no paper will deliver for this customer for the period. Supplier Master: Supplier master are used to maintain the supplier details like name, address, contact no of the supplier. Paper and magazine are supplied by the supplier. Product Master: Product Master used to enter product details like product id, product type i.e. News Paper or Magazine, product description, rate of the product, for news paper rate must be entered by day wise, most news paper having various type of rate for the each day. Line Master: All customers are grouped by line no, for easy to distribute the paper / magazine to the delivery boy. This module is used to maintain line details including name of the delivery boy, address, contact no. Receiver Master: Maintain the name of the payment receive details, while entering the amount received from customer into the system, this receiver name also select from the dropdown.

Customer Requirement: This module used to enter customer requirement, for news paper system allow to set day wise requirement like for particular paper you can set the requirement for Sunday only. It is quite flexible module to set customer requirement. Search facility available for searching products. Stock Inward: This module used to enter inward stock for particular day. Stock are received from supplier and need to enter into system for tally the count. There is check available while transaction processing for the day. It will validate the count for each paper requirement and inward stock. There is two different screen available for entering the inward entry tabular and grid wise. There is also option for Import stock quantity directly from selected date. Usually quantity different paper of each Sunday will be same. Daily Transaction: It is the back end process to be run daily to update the daily transaction in transaction table and lock the transaction. The actual bill will calculate from this transaction. System will take the details from each active customer, their requirement and get paper rate, calculate the amount, update the transaction for billing. Task Reminder: This module will help the user to remind the daily task like Update the customer requirement, stock inward and transaction processing. Bill Generation: Bill generation module is used to create bill for the customer, system has option to generate bill for single customer, for single line and for all the customers. It also calculate the previous due amount, delivery charges which will add to transaction amount. Bill can also have option to enter customize message. After generating of bill, it can be printed over dos matrix printer. System has option to print dos-based high speed printing. Bill Receivable: Entry the amount received from the customer. This data will used to generate the outstanding bill report. Query/Search Module: System user can query for particular customer, product, line by their id and name, and can see the details accordingly. Monthly Sale Report: It shows the details of news paper and magazine sale for the selected month. Daily Sale Report: It shows the details of news paper and magazine sale day wise. Balance Receivable: Shows customer wise balance amount receivable. Stock Inward: Show the details of stock inward for selected report.
