NOLA PAYS A VISIT TO ATL AT MARLOWS TAVERN Neighborhood Tavern Offers Bayou n Bourbon Celebration Menu Items for

a Limited Time ATLANTA (February 11, 2014) The Big Easy is making a six-week pit stop at Atlantas favorite neighborhood restaurant, Marlows Tavern. The tavern is offering its annual Bayou n Bourbon calelebration menu from Tuesday, February 18 through Monday, March 31. Marlows will serve NOLAspirited fare and cocktails that will take diners on a culinary tour of Louisiana. We are inspired by the unique and delicious flavors of New Orleans cuisine and aim to create the same tastes with our signature Marlows Tavern twist, said John C. Metz, executive chef and co-founder of Marlows Tavern. We love to pay homage to the flavors of Louisiana once a year and our guests always enjoy the bold, flavorful dishes we create! The Bayou n Bourbon menu is offered daily for lunch and dinner in addition to the main menu. Jazzed-up dishes include: Roast chicken and shrimp gumbo a Louisiana tradition with a Marlows twist ($6.5) Fiery spice lump crab cake Louisiana-inspired lump crab cake spiced up with sweet corn and pepper relish, baby arugula, Roma tomato, Dijon dressing and infamous smoked chili cream ($11.5) Honey Jack chicken and Andouille flatbread blackened Prestige Farms chicken, spicy Andouille sausage, caramelized red onion and pepper jack cheese with sweet and spicy Honey Jack on crisp flatbread ($9.5) Nawlins-style poboy tempura battered shrimp and crawfish, sweet slaw, shredded lettuce, Roma tomato and infamous smoked chili cream on a French baguette ($12.5) Bayou burger fresh ground beef all jazzed up with Andouille sausage, cheddar cheese, crawdaddies, lettuce, Roma tomato and house-made Creole rmoulade on a toasted onion roll ($13) Deconstructed jambalaya grilled Prestige Farms chicken, Andouille sausage, house-made dirty rice and traditional crawfish Creole sauce ($14.5) Sweet Bourbon St. rib-eye blackened Jack Daniels Honey-blazed rib-eye served with tiny asparagus and a crispy sweet potato cake ($26) A Bourbon Street meal is not complete without a sweet treat. Marlows offers honeybourbon bread pudding, made with honey and vanilla crme Brle, soaked Cuban bread and a splash of Jack Daniels Honey ($7) to round out the meal. Munich-style lager brewed with crystal malt and
