What are the general expectations for all members of the team?
All team members should communicate/ participate frequently during the week regarding
assignment/progress. Substantial input will assist the team in collaborating objectives and goals
in an efficient manner. The team should decide how often each team member should be required
to post.

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating
appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not
contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team
members?
Fair and even contribution and collaboration can be achieved by team members discussing what
each others strengths and weaknesses are. The aim of this is to make the best use of each team
members specific talents and abilities. If a team member is not communicating, a designated
person will try to contact that person to discuss situation/circumstances. Conflicts will be
resolved in team forum as much as possible. Extreme cases will be referred to the instructor._____

Special Considerations
What do you, as a team, agree will make this team experience different from past team
experiences?
The learning experience is only as good as the communication of the team members. Weekend
Only communication is not considered effective enough for a good team learning forum. When a
team member makes a commitment they will be held accountable/responsible to accomplish that
commitment, and not leave that assignment to another team member at the last minute.
Delegating is permitted if advanced communication is done in an appropriate course of action.___
