Solution Released on 07th June 2011 as Add-On over Enhp. 5.0 Personnel & Administration 1. The administrative personnel structure consists of the following elements: a. Employee group b. Employee subgroup c. Payroll area d. Organizational key 2. Template customizing for personal action hiring (e.g. GOSI details, Iqama, work permit, etc) 3. Template customizing for personal action termination (e.g. balances calculation for vacation, payout, etc) 4. Template customizing for personal action re-entry (Copy all previous information to expedite the re-hiring process) 5. Template customizing for personal action organizational re-assignment 6. Multiple dynamic actions for HR process (Hiring, Termination and others). 7. A model company template will be delivered for Saudi Arabia 8. Standard Payroll area SA as part of the model company. 9. Additional fields for the personnel data a. First name, Second name, Third name, Last name (For Full Arabic Name) b. Form of address (Mr., Ms) c. ID number (not a mandatory field for KSA nationals) d. Date of Birth e. Gender f. Nationality, Other nationalities g. Place of birth, Country of birth h. Marital status i. Religion j. Number of Children 10. Additional address details (KSA address, home country address, P.O. Box, KSA regions and cities, etc) 11. Predefined work schedule for KSA & public holidays 12. Bank details 13. Family and dependents details a. First name (Arabic field), Second name (Arabic field), Third name (Arabic field), Fourth name (Arabic field) b. Nationality c.
