Sisterhood/Brotherhood Sunday, Feb. 16th - We are collecting gently used & clean clothes for Sisterhood/Brotherhood outreach. You can put the clothing into the baskets on the front pew. MODELs (Mostly Older Debutantes Eating Lunch) will meet at 12:30 pm on Feb. 20th at Carrabbas, 2370 SW College Road. If you plan to attend, please email your reservation to dhumcvol@yahoo.com or call the office by Feb. 18th. Dont forget to bring a dollar to be donated to a charity at the end of the year. Children's Home - On Saturday, March 15th, our District has been invited to the Annual Day Apart at the Florida United Methodist Children's Home. This is our opportunity to tour the campus, speak to the volunteers, and see how our financial and prayerful support is being utilized. The day will begin at 9am and will conclude with lunch on the campus at noon. I highly encourage anyone who is interested to attend. If you would like to carpool, please contact the church office and let us know so we can coordinate it. Thank you for your prayers - Vivian Bathurst stopped into the office to let us know that her brother-in-law Ed Stout passed away Sunday, Feb. 2. The family would like to thank you for your prayers and cards during Eds recent health crisis.
