Suicidal Thoughts
Suicidal thoughts, also known as suicidal ideation are
thoughts about how to kill oneself, which can range from a detailed plan to a fleeting consideration and does not include the final act of killing oneself. The majority of people who experience suicidal ideation do not carry it through. Some may, however, make suicide attempts. Some suicidal ideations can be deliberately planned to fail or be discovered, while others might be carefully planned to succeed.
Causes of Suicide
It is very rare that someone dies by suicide because of one cause. Thus, there are usually several causes, and not just one, for suicide.
Untreated mental illness (including depression, bipolar
disorder, schizophrenia, and others) is the cause for the vast majority of suicides. caused by genetics. In such cases individuals who died by suicide did not exhibit any symptoms or appear to have any serious problems. In these cases, it is possible that the person had depression that occurred because of this genetic factor.
Depression
Many people die by suicide because depression is triggered by several
negative life experiences. Some of the causes that cause depression are as follows: The death of a loved one. A divorce, separation, or breakup of a relationship. Losing custody of children, or feeling that a child custody decision is not fair. A serious loss, such as a loss of a job, house, or money. Chronic physical pain or a accident. Intense emotional pain. Loss of hope / feeling helpless
Being victimized (domestic violence, rape, assault, etc). A loved one being victimized (child murder, child molestation,
kidnapping, murder, rape, assault, etc.). Physical abuse/Bullying Verbal abuse. Inability to deal with a perceived "humiliating" situation. Inability to deal with a perceived "failure." Alcohol abuse. Drug abuse. A feeling of not being accepted by family, friends, or society.
Teenage Suicide
Teenage suicide is a serious and growing problem. The teenage years can be emotionally turbulent and stressful. Teenagers face pressures to succeed and fit in. They may struggle with self-esteem issues, self-doubt, and feelings of alienation. For some, this leads to suicide. Depression is also a major risk factor for teen suicide.

In 2008 the Law Commission of India submitted a review to the government to repeal section 309. The Law Commission said "The Supreme Court in Gian Kaur focused on constitutionality of section 309. It did not go into the wisdom of retaining or continuing the same in the statute." The Commission has resolved to recommend to the Government to initiate steps for repeal of the anachronistic law contained in section 309, IPC, which would relieve the distressed of his suffering. Suicide rate in India, is above "the average world suicide rate."

Try to believe that everything happens for a reason, no matter what the situation was. Things will get better, but you just have to believe that they will. Don't give up
