Talent House Group Terms Of Agreement

This Agreement shall not be construed as an appointment of Performer as an employee of THG, nor as
a partnership or joint venture between THG and Performer. Talent House Group shall not be liable for
(and Performer shall indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless Talent House Group from and against)
any liability incurred by Performer. Performer is an independent contractor engaged in its own and
entirely separate business.

1. Performer agrees to perform on the day they are scheduled with a check in time 30 minutes before
set time. THG agrees to make time between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM Available on this Performance
Date available for Performer (“Booking”).
2. A $35.00 event reservation fee will be incurred to reserve Performer show date. THG agrees to pay
the Performer 70% of ticket sales after the 1st fifteen tickets and 30% on the 1st 15 tickets. THG will
supply Performer with custom e-ticket links so Performer can sell tickets though their social networks
and online. Performer will have access to e-ticket system to see how many tickets have been sold and
commission owed. Special terms and rates for events held at Mirror Image Studios & Fashion Nights.
3. Performer agrees that: (i) no outside food or drink (including water) will be brought inside the
Respective Venue; (ii) no illegal drugs or alcohol (including marijuana) will be allowed on or within
500 feet of the Respective Venue.
4. Performer understands and accepts that their equipment may be damaged or stolen while they are at
the Respective Venue. Therefore Performer agrees to hold THG harmless and without recourse for all
damage and loss without limitation or exception to their equipment while they are at Respective Venue.
5. THG may, in certain events, stream the event live and use the archive for presentation material. In
addition, we may take still photos and also use them to promote in print & online. By this reference
Performer agrees to allow THG to use video and still photos in print and online to market and promote
THG and Respective Performers.
6. Performer agrees that this Agreement is fair and reasonable under the circumstances. Notices. Any
and all notices, demands or other communications required or permitted to be given to a party
hereunder (any of which, for purposes of this provision, a "Notice") shall be validly given if served in
writing via email to the email addresses of both respective parties.
7. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction and Venue. Each party represents and warrants to each other party that
(i) this document has been (and is irrevocably deemed to have been) negotiated and entered into in the
State of California; (ii) performance hereunder is (and shall be irrevocably deemed to be) made within
the State of California; (iii) the provisions of this paragraph constitute a material factor for entering into
the transactions contemplated hereby; and (iv) such party waives and is stopped from challenging in
any way the provisions of this paragraph or its enforceability. Accordingly, the parties agree that all of
the provisions hereof shall, in all respects, be governed by the laws of the State of California applicable
to agreements executed and to be wholly performed within the State of California, that the State of
California has personal jurisdiction over each of the parties and any disputes or litigation hereunder,
and that the sole, proper and exclusive venue for any dispute or litigation hereunder shall be within the
State of California. Modifications or Amendments. No amendment, change or modification here to
shall be valid unless in writing, stating that it is an amendment, change or modification hereto, and
signed by all of the parties hereto.
9. Entire Agreement. This document, together with any related documents referred to herein,
constitutes the entire understanding and agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter
hereof, and any and all prior agreements, understandings or representations are hereby terminated and
canceled in their entirety and are of no further force or effect.
This Booking Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this day between, (collectively

Agreement has been executed by the parties hereto as of this day.
