Acropolis Faculty of Management and Research Indore has been a premier educational institution imparting management programs to the students. Its unique approach of laying emphasis on quality teaching and research promotes value based learning for students and teachers. Various workshops are organized throughout the year related to teaching learning pedagogy, case writing and research methodology along with International Conference. The institute has tied up with AIMA, FICCI, CII NEN and MSME for building a strong industryinstitution partnership. For promoting quality research, Acropolis has launched its Management Journal Shodh-Ganga [ISSN: 2250-303X]. The first and second volumes were released in December 2011 and 2012 respectively. Research in management is an endless journey. The deeper one goes into research; he/she realizes that the more is left uncovered. Like the endless river, research is also a journey that flows and keeps itself pure. For the purpose of keeping the flow of research, we have launched Shodh-Ganga indicating the everlasting flow of research. Shodh-Ganga is a platform for academicians for idea sharing on relevant issues of management. We request you to contribute your unpublished research papers, articles, cases and book reviews for publication in next volume of Shodh-Ganga Journal, which will be released in December 2013. Your contribution may be on issues related to Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Production- Operations- Supply Chain, Technology, Corporate Strategy, International Business, Economics, Public Policy, Operations Research, Business Ethics & Corporate Governance and General Management. All the received papers will be sent for double blind review to the refereed panel and will be published subject to review. The review panelists include senior academicians from reputed institutions like- Indian Institute of Management, Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade New Delhi, Amity Business School Noida, National University of Singapore etc.

Guidelines for Authors: Manuscripts should contain original work of author/s, which has not been published elsewhere in any form nor sent for publication elsewhere. Manuscript should be typed in MS Word between 3000-6000 words, 1.5 spacing with 12 points Times New Roman font, justified. There should be a separate Cover page bearing name/s, designation/s and organization, contact number and address of author/s. It should be sent with abstract of about 100 words and 4-5 keywords. The author/s name should not appear elsewhere except cover page. Tables, figures and diagrams should be at the end of the manuscript.

 Once the paper is accepted for publication, Author Declaration Form and Copyright Transfer Letter will be sent to the author(s). Author(s) will receive one copy of the journal. Manuscript should have APA referencing.
