Asked the students to speak about the lack of comms skills and presentation best thing about skills. Need lot of motivation to make their friends them allign with the training program showing some improvement as compared to yesterday but still they hesitate and hide themselves when asked to give presentation. Inspired them to motivate themselves so they can clear not the assessment but also their goals Students are comfortable with the training if it is in local language.
