It shows us that WMC is not just a local curiosity, but a national movement built by creative dreamers and doers across the country. We want to continue to showcase a diverse lineup of inspiring speakers and artists so we all can share and learn from each other. Margot is excited to be joining the WMC Team along with Stewart as they start to put together an incredible lineup; Stewart and I will be sharing the role of curating the speaker line-up, as well as emceeing during the festival. We plan to push the conference's format by integrating a greater degree of multi-media content and formats, along with the usual range of creative voices. Diversity continues to remain our biggest focus as well as keeping the festival as accessible as possible. We are so thrilled and can't wait to show WMC what we are working on!

In addition to new team members, WMC will be reformatting some of the very popular programming to make the speakers, art, and music more integrated than ever before with 20 Speakers, 20 nationally featured artists, and 20 bands!
