Dear Applicant We have received many requests from candidates, who could not attend the counselling for

admission in M. Tech held on 19 20 May and 14 July, 2012. Therefore, ISM authority has decided to give you a last chance to get admission against the vacant seats of M. Tech in various courses. Please see the list of vacant seats. If you are interested to take admission in any of the vacant seats, you are requested to report on 19.08.2012 latest by 11:00 AM at the Penman Auditorium of ISM, Dhanbad. Before attending the admission process, please understand the followings: The admission will be subjected to availability of seats in respective categories and on the basis of your performance in GATE or ISM Entrance Examination. GATE qualified candidates will be given the first chance to occupy the vacant seats. Please go through the Details of Seat availability. Only those candidates whose name is included either in the List of GATE applicants or in the List of applicants qualified in Entrance Exam should attend the admission process. You have to fulfill all the eligibility criteria for admission in a particular discipline. Please note that your credentials will be scrutinized at the time of admission only and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are eligible for admission in a particular M. Tech Course in all respect. Please see the information brochure for details of eligibility criteria. You have to bring with you all required documents in support of your credentials and the originals of the documents for the purpose of verification. The details of the documents to be brought and submitted are given in the call letter for admission. The classes for various M. Tech courses for the session 2012-13 have already started from 16.07.2012. If admitted, it will be your responsibility to consult respective teachers to make up for your lost classes. No TA/DA will be paid for attending admission session. You should make your own arrangement for stay at Dhanbad during admission process. Once the provisional admission is finalized, you will be provided hostel accommodation in the campus, if available. This is a general notice. If you have already been admitted in any of the M.
