Project Description: Thames Water had chosen to implement SAP solution covering key Back Office functions in the Finance, Supply Chain, Investment Management & Projects, and Human Resources areas. As part of this implementation, a number of legacy systems were retired. These systems hold critical data that must be kept, either for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. In order to decommission these legacy systems (and therefore achieve cost reductions), essential data held on these systems must be archived to a different storage media. DMS Filenet Archival System is a document management system developed to store archival data of around 8 legacy systems. WORK ALLOCATION: FILENET P8 4.0 Environment: FileNet P8 architecture, BPF, Java, J2EE, Websphere, and SQL Server 2005. Role: Onsite Co-ordinator & Module enhancements. Project Description: This project has been developed in FileNet 4.0 using BPF. It deals with the complaints received from the customers regarding water supply. Here the cases are also created from the input files received from the kofax scanners. A .net service running on the background process these files and the cases are created using the BPF operations. The cases will have a appropriate status and based on that, the work is assigned to the designated user for completion.

The case framework was designed to capture the necessary information for opening accounts and all documents associated with it. Once the information is captured the necessary workflow injector robots inject these work items and the workflow starts. Project Description: In order to streamline the Travel request procedure, reduce the amount of paper work, the existing UCMS frame work was redesigned. The necessary information is captured from the front end, provided by the traveller and the workflow is initiated which goes through the necessary approval cycle for both domestic and international travel needs.
