TRANSICUT
TRANSICUT oils are non-stain, transparent cutting oils intended for high-speed automatic screw machining and simple turning. Primarily recommended for low carbon steels, free machining steels and non-ferrous alloys. They have excellent lubricity and anti-weld properties and assist in extending tool life and producing a quality nish on machined parts.

ALUCUT
ALUCUT oil is a light coloured, low viscosity oil for machining aluminum and magnesium alloys. Contains lubricity and wetting agents that assist in producing excellent surface nishes and rapidly remove heat generated during high-speed machining.

SUPERCUT
SUPERCUT oils are designed for use in various machining operations, such as tapping, threading, broaching and conventional turning. They have excellent lubricity and anti-weld properties and assist in extending tool life and producing a quality nish on machined parts.

ALUCUT* is a Neat Cutting Oil specially developed for machining aluminum and magnesium alloys. It provides excellent surface nishes and rapidly removes heat generated during high-speed machining. ALUDRAW* 850 Wire Drawing Oil is designed for drawing aluminum wire, providing good die life, material nish and dimensional accuracy.

CUTSOL HD
CUTSOL HD is intended for difcult machining operations, where rapid heat removal is required. Contains extreme pressure additives for use in metal removing operations, where a high degree of surface nish and long tool life are desired. Provides good rust protection and contains a biocide (antimicrobial agent). When diluted in water it produces stable emulsions which have excellent cooling ability and the necessary balance of lubricity and extreme pressure characteristics required for proper machining conditions.

CUTSOL
CUTSOL is excellent for general machining applications, including cutting, drilling, milling and grinding where a general-purpose coolant is required. CUTSOL is recommended for all machining operations, where cooling and rust protection are important. Contains a biocide (antimicrobial agent). When diluted in water it produces stable emulsions which have excellent cooling ability and the necessary balance of lubricity and extreme pressure characteristics required for proper machining conditions.

ALUDRAW 850 Wire Drawing Oil

ALUDRAW 850 is a shaping oil used in processes such as drawing, forming, stamping, extrusion, forging and rolling. Extremely good life, with normal topping up as required. Most effective when it contains 1-2% of aluminum nes, which improves the drawing characteristics.
