Reminder: The meal plans for four major holidays a year are shortened to a 4 DAY meal plan. This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter. All of the other weeks in the year will include a 7 DAY meal plan.

POINT SYSTEM FOR TWO WALMART MEAL PLAN

INSTRUCTIONS: Side dish instructions are in ITALICS
Boil pasta until tender. Drain; reserve 1 to 2 c of pasta water. Cook bacon in a deep skillet; drain all but 2 T fat from pan. Add onions & mushrooms to pan & saut until lightly browned; add garlic & red pepper flakes. Add spinach to pan; cover & stir until spinach is wilted, about 2 min. Add pasta to pan; along with 1 c reserved water; adding more if needed. Toss in bacon. Prepare as many salads as needed & drizzle each with 2 T dressing. Heat # of the salsa in a large saut pan until it sizzles. Place fillets on top of salsa and cover with the remaining salsa. Sprinkle with olives. Cover & cook on med heat 5 7 min, or until flakey. Stir cilantro into rice. Divide all into 3 servings. Boil carrots in a large pan until tender. Drain; stir in remaining ingredients; cook 10 min more. Combine dip mix & bread crumbs in a Ziploc bag. Moisten strips w/ egg sub; place in bag & shake to coat. Place strips on a sprayed baking sheet; bake 25 30 min @ 375 or until done. Bake potatoes 45 min @ 350. Melt margarine in a large skillet. Add squash & saut until tender, about 10 15 min. Salt & pepper to taste. Place chicken breasts in a sprayed baking dish and cover with dressing. Cover and bake 30 min. @ 350. Remove cover for last 5 min. Divide chicken and dressing into 2 servings and serve each over # c angel hair pasta. Toss all ingred together. Divide into 2 salads.

16 oz box penne pasta, boiled & drained 10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled 1 medium onion, halved & sliced thin 8 oz sliced mushrooms (1 t min. garlic, ! t crushed red pepper flakes) 1 bag spinach 1 bag salad mix (FF Catalina dressing) 5 oz bag yellow rice, cook as directed " c fresh salsa " lb tilapia fillets 2 T sliced pimiento-stuffed olives 2 T chopped cilantro 3 c sliced carrots (1 ! T lt margarine, 1 ! T orange marmalade) 2 T chopped pecans # pkg ranch dip mix (! c breadcrumbs, ! c FF egg substitute) # lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips 2 med size sweet potatoes ! lbs yellow squash, diced (1T light margarine, salt & pepper)
