OPA 600 Official Plan Amendment #600 Zoning By-law 1-88 OS1 Open Space Conservation TRCA Toronto and Region Conservation Authority OMB Ontario Municipal Board 120m radius residents

1. Official Plan Amendment File OP.13.013, specifically to amend in-effect OPA#600 (Carrville Urban Village 2), to redesignate the subject lands from low density Residential to a site-specific High Rise Mixed Use designation; and, 2. Zoning By-law Amendment File Z.13.036, specifically to amend Zoning By-law 1-88 to rezone the subject lands from A Agricultural Zone to RA3 Apartment Residential Zone and OS1 Open Space Conservation Zone, with site-specific zoning exceptions to implement the proposal. The applications propose to facilitate the development of a 17storey, 205 unit, residential apartment building with 1,240m2 of ground floor office and retail space; a 17-storey, 172 unit seniors residential apartment building; and, 61, 3-storey residential townhouse units.
