Planning and mapping a possible route to the next phase of the project.

Discussion, Decisions, Assignments

After a brief discussion on the next development phase of the project in the Software Engineering Lab today, we have
once again assign different roles and responsibilities to individual team members towards our objectives in Lab 2.

Individual roles and responsibilities

ARNAV SINGH – He will continue to coordinates meetings with the product committee, and discuss project
impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task. He will also continue to review, presentation
and release of design layouts, drawings, analysis and other documentation and help keep the team focused and on
track with providing the team with a vision of the project objectives.

LWI TIONG CHAI – Being the secretary of the team, he will continue to assist and collaborate with the team leader. He
will also have a sub-role of assisting with the versioning of the Software Requirement Specification (SRS) as well as
work hand in hand with the rest of the team members that requires assistance.

TAN KOON LIANG – He will be engaged in deriving an EER diagram for our system iLMS which will be beneficial in
securing the success of the post preliminary back-end database development of our iLMS system.

ABDUL HALEEM – He will continue to do research and analyse the information regarding the project and re-versioning
the current Software Requirement Specification (SRS). He will also need to take special considerations of the needs
and desires of the stakeholders as our team progress along and also assist and collaborate with other team members.

LIU WEI, WEN KE, HU YUANLING – This 3 person will be fully in-charge of the upcoming Class diagram, Object diagram
and the Sequence diagram of the iLMS that is part of the Lab 2 objectives. The amount of quality diagram that they are
going to produce meticulously reflects the enormous responsibilities on their shoulders.

BIJU JOSEPH JACOB – Being the technical implementation In-Charge, he is responsible for involving with the back-end
development of the software. He will first produce a generic prototype of the iLMS. He will also need to understand
the needs and desire of the stakeholders along the implementation phase in order to produce a state-of-the-art online
interactive portal that will enhance the efficiencies of the iLMS.
