1. Administration

1.1 Customer Profiles

This section is to allow administration or authorized persons view their customers' profile.

There are 2 tables shows below, which are:-

(i) Active Customer List: Users which using services currently.
(ii) Inactive Customer List: User(s) whose status are still pending for administration
approval.

To activate/deactivate users, click on the 'activate'/'deactivate' link on 'Actions' column.

The number '2' shows the

number of inactive customers

1.2 Manage Sender ID

Figure shows below is 'Manage Sender ID' page which contains of customers' sender ID,
status, username, name and company name.

There are 2 ways of changing the status of sender ID:-

(i) By clicking on 'Approve Sender ID'/ 'Delete Sender ID' on respective sender
ID to approve/delete user requested sender ID

The number '3' shows there are 3

sender IDs still under 'Pending'
status

(ii) Click on 'Edit' button, change the status of sender ID and click on 'Save' to
save the changes which has been made.

Pending: Sender ID still waiting for Admin approval

Approval: Allow user requested sender ID to be used
Disapprove: Delete user requested sender ID

1.3 Top-up For Customers

To help customers to top-up credit, click on 'Top-up For Customer'.

Next, fill up 'Top-up Form' and click on 'Top-up Now'.

** Select the package which had been created. Each package can be set according to
customers' needs. Each package contains of country name, country prefix and
number of credit(s) to be used to send a SMS to that country.

For how to create a package, kindly refer to 1.4.

1.4 Packages
This section enables administrator or authorized persons to create packages according to
customers' needs.

There are 2 tables show below, which are:-

(i) Active Package(s): Packages which has been created and available for used.
(ii) Inactive Package(s): Packages which has been created but has not been activated
yet.

To activate/deactivate the current packages, click on 'Activate'/'Deactivate' link on 'Action'

column.

To create a new package, click on 'Create New Package' button.

Next, fill up all the necessary information on creating new package page.

1. Name: Package name

2. Description: Information regarding the package which is to be created
3. Selection: Country and number of credits to be used when sending a SMS. Country's
prefix will change automatically according to country codes.
4. Default Prefix: Credit to be used if a SMS is sent to a country which is not stated in
the package

Click 'Save' after all information has been fill in.

1.5 Check Balance

There are 2 sections on 'Check Balance' page.
1. No.of SMS Assigned To Customer
This section shows the number of SMS left in the gateway and number of SMS
assigned to customer based on different selected prefix.
2. Customer Credit Balance
This section shows customers' name, username, company, and their balance credit.

1.6 Customer Usage Report

This page shows the overall usage of all customers where it contains the customers'
username, sender ID, total credits that has been used (Pts Used) and number of SMS which
has been sent by each of customer.

** Display the report according to the date (dd/mm/yyyy).

1.7 Monthly Activity Report

This page shows customers' activities details for each month.

1.8 Usage Statistic Report

Figure below shows the number of SMS that has been sent by each customers on the
selected month.

It contains the SMS information such as destination of the SMS sent and the number of SMS
has been sent to a particular country.

1.9 Transfer SMS

It is used to transfer SMS from gateway to another reseller.

There are 3 criteria which contains in this page, which are:-

1. Domain Name: Display existing reseller account
2. Prefix: Country prefix which contains in gateway
3. Total SMS To Transfer: Number of SMS that is to be transfered to reseller

Once these 3 items are selected, click on 'Transfer SMS'.
