At Guard-A-Kid, increased revenue by 100% in first quarter. Overhauled SOPs to bring consistency. At Miracle Ear, negotiated and sold 28 new territories with additional expansions of 15 units in only 6 months. Brought 3 million additional revenue with expected growth to 8 million in 2 years. With Matco Tools, increased region franchise sales by 110% in only 5 months, a consistent average of 5 new th deals per month. Brought region from 5 placement to #1 by increasing deals from 26 to 50 deals each year. During first year with Childrens Orchid franchise, expanded number of new locations by more than 25% and franchise resale locations by more than 10%. In less than 3 years, almost doubled the number of units from 56 to 98.
