Roads, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad - 500 029 CC: To, The Manager, Country Vacations, Sarjapur Road Bangalore Date: January 09 2014 Subject: Inadequate and deficient services by not fulfilling the promises made and failure in refunding amount. It is with great displeasure that I am writing this letter to you to make you aware of the substandard services provided to me by your company. On 2nd January 2013, I was forced to take a membership (#DT411581) from your company after your sales representatives during a presentation explained me the attractive facilities of your club. I paid Rs.[insert exact amount] to your club towards this package ( through credit card ) and attached is the copy of my card statement reflecting this transaction as Annexure I. I was not very keen on taking this membership but your well-trained sales staff forced me into taking this membership explaining me the benefits of your club. But on the very same day, I requested your representatives to cancel my membership immediately and refund me the entire money. However, that was not done and all my future efforts to reach them since then, went in vain. I even visited your office personally to resolve my issue without any positive result. Moreover, I have been paying regular EMIs to the bank from which I paid this amount to your company and I am in deep financial crisis. After a lot of follow-ups, your company responded to me saying that no refund would be given to me upon the cancellation of the membership and I feel totally cheated. The entire experience with your company has been very frustrating and I have been very clearly duped by your employees. I realized now that your actual intention is cheating

people by luring them into taking memberships making false commitments and extracting money from them. Given the above sequence of events, I request you to take a note of the negligent behavior and deficient services of your employees and cancel my membership and refund my remaining money of Rs. 60,000 along with interest as early as possible. If you fail to resolve my complaint within 15 days from the date of this letter, I would be forced to file a consumer complaint against you for the deficient and fraudulent service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs and start a sustained online campaign spreading negative word about your company. I hope that I do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.
