) Deputy Head Of Operations (1ic) Committee Member (1ic) Director Of Security (1ic) Committee Member (1ic) Director Of Communications (1ic) Committee Member (1ic) Director Of Training (1ic) Committee Member (1ic) Director Of Recruitment (1ic) The iC system has been split in to two sectors: - Operational Officials - Classified Council The Operational Officials oversee the step by step process which transitions a person in to a recruited employee of the NIA. Each member of the Operational Officials is assigned to one aspect of the transitional period. The process is broke up in to sectors as such (along with the roles/part they play in the process) - Director Of Communications (1ic) (They oversee everything from advertising to attracting workers, and to even help an recruited employee embed into the NIA) - Director Of Recruitment (1ic) (They oversee the recruitment process, heavily working with standard rank employees to help: morale, work ethic, and enhance the joyfulness of being an employee at the NIA) - Director Of Training (1ic) (They oversee the training process working with the training unit to help enhance a worker to become a more efficient and qualified member of employee) - Director Of Security (1ic) (They oversee the security process working with the security unit to help keep NIA efficient and operational at all times and to avoid any threats or violations caused which could derail the daily activities of the NIA) - Deputy Head Of Operations (1ic) (Oversees all HRs+ are highly motivated and having an enjoyable time in NIA. Whilst also maintaining good work ethic. The Deputy also serves the duties set towards the Head Of Operations in their absence) - Head Of Operations (iC) (Observes and supervises the work of the Directors. They also lead meetings and carry out monthly performance checks and sets out targets for the Directors) Please Note That Operational Officials Are Only Responsible For Their Chosen Sector. At No Point May Another Director Act As Or Serve The Duties Of Another Director. Unless Instructed Too Under The Orders Of YellowBallons Or The Head Of Operations. The Second Sector of the iC system is the Classified Council. The Council oversees the daily activities of the NIA while are also the spearhead of the companies policy trends. They have the power to implement new policies which aid or promote the NIA. However they do not have the authority to interfere with the affairs or departments of the Operational Standards. There are four Committee Members whose role it is to propose new policies, vote on policies as well as oversee activities such as Presidential elections and alliance proposals. Deputy Chairman Of NIA plans committee meetings, creates the meeting briefs, and is in charge of recording all accepted/rejected policies. However theyre not allowed to vote upon policies unless 1) a committee member does not attend the meeting or 2) in the event of a tie in voting they have the option to vote. The Deputy also serves the duties of the Honorary Chairman Of NIA in their absence. Honorary Chairman Of NIA They lead committee meetings, they report to only YellowBallons. They have the ability to VETO any voted policies.

The Classified Council Simple Break Down: The Deputy Chairman Of NIA arranges the meeting.

During the meetings the committee members put forward any policy ideas. (Please note the Deputy Chairman Of NIA and Honorary Chairman Of NIA are also allowed to put forward policies but can not vote upon them.) The Committee Members vote to see if a policy is agreed upon or not. The majority vote wins. In the event of a tie breaker the Deputy Chairman Of NIA is given the option to vote. (If They refuse the policy is set back to next meeting) If a policy gains majority vote. It is then officially announced by the Honorary Chairman Of NIA. However YellowBallons and the Honorary Chairman Of NIA have the option to VETO any policies. No matter how the result pans out the The Deputy Chairman Of NIA must record and post the result in a public domain file. (e.g. Forum) Onto the regulatory matters. If a policy does not receive a majority vote after 3 attempts it gets declined. A declined policy can then only be re-reposed by the and Honorary Chairman Of NIA. When a policy affecting the Operational Standards duties it must be addressed first to the Head Of Operations as well as the affecting Director. Presidential President (1iC) (Must Be Elected In) Vice President (2ic) Assistant Vice President (3ic) Presidential Candidate (4ic) (Can Only Be A Maximum Of 3 At A Time) Presidents are voted in every term. A term is agreed upon by the classified council. At which point Presidential Candidates are allowed to start campaigning 7 working days prior to the vote. The Vice President goes to the runner up in the election. In the event of a three way election the Presidential Candidate who comes 3rd is handed the Assistant Vice President Role. In the short term absence of the President, the Vice President takes upon his duties but keeps the title Vice President. In the long term absence of the President. The Vice President is promoted up to the President role and acts upon the President until the next election. However if a Vice President or Assistant Vice Presidents role becomes vacant it stays vacant up on till the next election. In the event of just two participants for an election the Assistant Vice President role is carried on by its predecessor unless they take up the option to return as a Presidential Candidate. The President cant remain President for longer than 4 terms. The Vice President can not run for election after the term they have received their role. Presidential Candidates are selected by the Classified Council. The Classified Council also elects who will run for election. However in the event only one Presidential Candidate runs against the current President, the Assistant Vice President is allowed to also run for election. The Presidential duties allow him to attend meetings by the Operational Officials and the Classified Council. The President also has the ability to select Presidential Candidates however they can be vetod by the classified council. Ownership Joint Owner - BlackBallons (Ic) (Can only be one at a time) Owner (1ic) (Can only be one at a time) Acting Owner (2ic) (Can be two at a time) Co Owner (3ic) (Can be two at a time) Ownership is allowed to be selected for a Committee member role or a Director role at any given time. This excludes the Joint Owner. However the Joint Owner can be placed in the Head Of Operations and Honorary Chairman Of NIA role by YellowBallons. - A person can only receive Joint Owner rank by YellowBallons. The Joint Owner can promote up to Owner. The Joint Owner rank can attend meetings by the Classified Council and the Operational Officials. The Joint Owner also serves as an advisor to YellowBallons.
