Installation
Following this you should inspect the environment setup and remove all environment variables related to
older versions. To do this perform the following actions:
1.
Start Notepad by selecting Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Notepad.
2.
Select File -> Open and open autoexec.bat in the root directory.
3.
4.
5.
You will need a PC with both a CD-ROM drive and a 3 floppy drive to create the floppy disk images.

3.
Open a Windows Explorer, locate the CD-ROM, and open the FloppyDisks directory. This directory

4.
Determine the required number of empty 3 1.44 MB floppy disks by finding the directory with the
highest <n> number.
5.
The FloppyDisks directory also contains a command file called CreateFloppyDisks.bat. This file will
aid you in creating the floppy disks correctly. Execute this file as follows:
CreateFloppyDisks <floppy drive:>
where <floppy drive:> should be the name of your floppy drive (for instance a:)
6.
Make sure to label each floppy disk with the following information: NM2100 Craft Terminal, release
<release number>, build <build number>, disk <disk number>. The command file will tell you when
to insert which disk.
Note: Do not call the command file called CopySingleDisk.bat directly. This file is called from the
CreateFloppyDisks.bat file.
