PHENOM PURE SAMpLE HOLDERS

Standard Sample Holder: PW-600-001 The ultimate high resolution holder. Included with initial Phenom delivery. Optimized for best imaging results and can accommodate 3D type samples mounted on standard sample pin stubs. Charge Reduction Sample Holder: PW-600-002 Is designed to reduce sample charging. This sample holder minimizes extra sample preparation of non conductive samples. Samples like paper, polymers, organic materials, ceramics, glass and coatings can be imaged in their original state. Metallurgical Sample Holder: PW-610-001 The base of this holder is equal to the Standard Sample Holder, except that this holder is designed to support resin mounted samples (schlieffen). For metallurgy and working with inserts this holder is the preferred solution. Metallurgical Charge Reduction SAMPLE HOLDER: PW-610-002 This sample holder eliminates extra sample preparation of non conductive resin mounted samples. Samples can be imaged in their original state. Micro Tool and Tilt & Rotation Sample Holder: PW-630-001 For imaging long axial shaped samples without sample modification. Imaging objects such as drill bits, milling tools and injection needles is fast and easy using the Micro Tool and Tilt & Rotation Sample Holder. It is possible to image coatings and cutting angles by rotating and tilting the region of interest without unloading the sample from the holder.

Its smart split clamping mechanism eliminates the need for screws and tools to clamp the sample. Micro-electronics Insert: PW-620-002 The micro-electronics insert is designed to image for semiconductor, microelectronics or solar cells. Its unique clamping mechanism enables loading without adhesives or surface contact.
