Unless otherwise specified, all burgers are 8 oz. fresh pressed angus beef patties with lettuce, tomato, and red onion slice on a kaiser roll, served with house made chips and dill pickle spear. Cheeses available: american, cheddar, swiss, provolone, fresh mozzarella, bleu cheese crumbles. These items are cooked to temperature. Thoroughly cooked meat greatly reduces the risk of food-borne illness.
