Abstrak : Stroke is defined as a clinical manifestation of blood flow to brain disturbance that caused a neurological deficit.

From definition clear to say that stroke main problem is a blood vessel disorder. The cause and disorder of the blood flow, patologicaly can be found in other blood vessel in our body. Because of that stroke need to be considered as the result of sistemic complication. n all around the world, stroke is a disease that mainly affect older people population. !ven though the biggest population hit older people, but it doesn"t close the possibility of hitting younger people because of their life style, a bad diet, and the improvement of modern age. A promotive and preventive treatment every house by local medical workers will decrease the incidence of young adults stroke patient as well as the older one. f the patient already had stroke, then the curative and rehabilitative treatment need to be done by familiy members, by regurarly giving the patient medical treatment and checking the patient blood preassure, the patient will have a possibility of recovery and avoid disablement. The purpose of this case report is to prove that familiy medicine treatment can be functioned as early detection and solution of the case, because familiy participation determine the succes of the treatment. The patient is a #$ years old man from a compund family. The wife as the treatment performer is last graduated from a senor high school and working as a house wife. She often sells a snacks to the kids in her neighborhood. The patient has a stroke risk from genetical factor as his father and mother died because of stroke. The establisment of clinical diagnose can be checked by making the patient crane out his tounge and see if his tounge has deviate to the side and checking the blood preassure. To have a definite diagnose the patient need to be ct%scanned to see where the in&ury is taking place. By giving him a hipertention medication, maintain his blood pressure and make him doing some phisiotherapy he can avoid a further disablement. A risk factor that have been found in his family is like their family members doesn"t really care for the patient health. They also letting the patient smoke even its &us one or two ciggarete. A study result show that the progresiveness of the disease is caused by multifactor such as smoking, drinking coffee, the absence of e'ercise and the lack of family comunication of health problem. The application of holistic, comprehensive treatment, family and comunity orientation, rasional medication, technical of a simple clinical treatment is appropriate with the chracteristic of practical family medicine.
