Revelation Revealed (cont’d)

The Torah, itself (the teachings and instructions of Yahweh) takes the
form of a classic Hebrew ketubah. Here are some significant parallels
to the marriage contract itself, one from the beginning of Scripture and
one form the very end. The first 5 books of the Bible correspond to the
five parts of the ancient Hebrew ketubah.

Genesis – provides the combined family history of the Bride and

Groom.
Exodus - gives the personal and family history of the Bride.
Leviticus – provides the history of Yahweh’s “family.” The Levites.
Numbers – tells of Yahweh’s love affair with His people in the
wilderness and records His joys and sorrows as He reaches out to His
Bride.
Deuteronomy – specifies the responsibilities that both Bride and Groom
must fulfill.

The Bible is a love story between the Creator of the Universe and His
Creation. It all begins with the first five books of the Bible whish IS the
marriage contract between Yahweh and His people –US!

The question…..How can we fulfill our responsibilities of a faithful and

pure Bride before our Groom, if we do not know what the terms of the
marriage contract is?
Answer……we can’t.
This truth has been hidden by the enemy within the “Christian” church
teaching for centuries. But our Father is revealing it to His chosen and
called ones now for such a time as this.
Now, on to revelation

Chapter 1.
The lampstand is a menorah, the gold hammered candelabra with the
7 candles. The candle in the middle is called the Shamash. It
represents Yahshua being the center of all of everything and the source
of everything. Literally speaking, the oil that is placed in the menorah
to light the whole of the menorah, is put in and the central or shamash
candle supplied all the other candles on the menorah with their light.
Seven messengers are there at Yahshua’s right hand (which means
they are there to serve Him and do His will and work.) Yahshua is
sending a message to the seven assemblies.

Yahshua proceeds to tell John where He is pleased and where He is not

pleased with the actions of each of the seven assemblies. I am not
going to go into much about the assemblies at this time, because I just
do not know REALLY what it means. Except to say that it does reveal
some things to us about the character of our Creator and what our
Creator likes and dislikes, approves of and does not approve of, what
pleases Him and what doesn’t. I have prayed to the Holy Spirit to
reveal to me more if there is more and I am in waiting mode at this
time.

Chapter 2-3.
Assembly at Ephesus
Assembly at Smyrna
Assembly at Pergamos
Assembly at Thyatira
Assembly at Sardis
Assembly at Philadelphia
Assembly at Laodicea

Chapter 4-5. (Shamash Chapers)

John sees the Throne of Yahweh

24 Elders, in white robes with gold crowns. We are told who 12 of the
24 are. They are the 12 disciples. In Matthew 19:28, Yahshua himself
told the 12 they would be with Him, sitting around His Throne, judging
the 12 tribes. Ancient Rabbinical writings suggest that the other 12 will
be the Heads of the 12 tribes identified in the Torah in the book of
Numbers.
The 4 creatures around the Throne are 4 Cherubim (these are the
archangels created by Yahweh.) He created 6 Cherubim, but 2 fell as
1/3 of the Fallen Angels.
The 4 present at the throne, we know who they are and their names
are: Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and Uriel. They have specific duties that
have been assigned to them by Yahweh.
In verse 5:1-5, one of the Cherubim says, “who is worthy to open the
book, and break its seals?” No one seems worthy and there is weeping.
Then…….
This is where it gets really good and where it is important to
understand from a Hebrew perspective, and why we cannot
understand it from a Greek perspective.

The book is not a book at all. It is a scroll. A scroll is what the ancients
used to write on. Usually scrolls were made of sheep skin from the
underbelly or later on papyrus. But this scroll is not just any scroll. It
has writing on BOTH sides. The ONLY other scroll ever mentioned in
the scriptures to have writing on both sides (scrolls were only written
on one side, always) was the stone tablets that Moses brought down
from Mt Sinai that Yahweh had written by His Own Hand! Exodus 32:15.
Therefore it is a fact that this scroll Yahweh is holding in his right Hand
IS the Torah!
The marriage contract, the Ketubah!
Now, according to the ancient Hebrew marriage ritual, who was the
only person that had authority to open and read the ketubah? Yes, the
Groom.
So here, in revelation, it is the Groom, Yahshua, the Lamb of our Elohim
and our salvation. Revelation 5:9 tells us that that the Lamb is worthy
for He is the Groom, He proclaims His Bride pure although she is NOT
pure. But He can do that because remember, HE PAID THE PRICE OF
REDEMPTION FOR HER SIN WITH HIS DEATH AND BLOOD ON THE
CROSS!
Next, the seals are not seals that we would think of. We think of a drop
of wax placed on a closed document, then stamped with the signet
ring of someone in authority right?
Not so. Our Greek bible says seals, but the Hebrew word is SIGNATURE.
7 signatures. Does this sound familiar? The Ketubah had seven
signatures. The Groom, the Bride, Father of Bride, Father of Groom, 2
witnesses, and a scribe.
Check it out…….Adam and Noah are the two witnesses
Abraham is the father of the Groom (Yahshua’s lineage can be found in
Matthew Chapter 1)
Jacob/Israel is the father of the Bride (father of the 12 tribes of Israel)
Moses is the scribe. He wrote the Torah according to the inspiration of
Yahweh
David is the Bride – via covenant that we will have to get into later
very important
Yahshua is the Groom

This takes us up to Chapter 6 with I will continue in the next posting.

Praise Yahweh forever and ever for His never-ending love for us!
