Principle Data Architect / Senior Data Center Consolidation Analyst, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) April to November 2013 Performed duties as a Senior Data Center Consolidation Analyst for the Army Data Center Consolidation project (ADCCP) for the Project Director, Enterprise Services (PD-ES). Responsible for the performance and production of technical analysis taken from each of the Armys Post, Camps, and Stations via the collection of all server and application data, applying Information Technology (IT) Consolidation principles to develop results and recommendations that will result in the consolidation of all Army Data Centers into one Installation Processing Node that are application centric for each site. Documented and trained all processes and procedures and assisted in the development of the ADCCP Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) utilizing information technology knowledge base and strong writing skills. Developed training based on requirements and instructed Data Center Teams on processes and procedures in line with goals and standards as set by the Army CIO. Developed the ADCCP RFI (Request for Information) Application Data Collector Tool as a means of collecting all application/server/host data from each Network Enterprise Center resulting in a timely data completion rate of 95% within the schedule as set by the Army CIO/G6. Under a contract with the U.S. Army Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Services (PEO EIS) supported the Product Manager, Power Projection Enablers (PdM P2E) Support Operations Cell (SOC) Special Projects Team providing the following; Primary Duties: Created, developed, configured, installed and published the PdM P2E Portfolio Tracking Tool (PT2) as a SharePoint List into the PdM P2E SharePoint Portal. Objective: provide one central location for leaders and stakeholders to access information (from both automated and AD HOC Reports) for all new and existing PdM P2E project requirements; receive and update status of all products across its mission portfolio, including programmatic and engineering artifacts relevant to each of the 200 plus projects in Southwest Asia, Europe, and in the Continental United States. Developed and trained all stakeholders (CONUS & OCONUS) in the use of the Portfolio Tracking Tool and provided desk side support as needed Maintained an active role in acquisition planning, document development and requirements generation and supervised all activities of the Acquisition Team. Provide PdM P2E Organizational Development/Manpower Management support to the SOC. Tracked PdM P2E personnel In-Processing / Out-Processing / relocation actions and organizational changes and updated the P2E Organizational Chart, PdM P2E Roster, and personnel data in SharePoint 2010 to reflect current manpower status. Under a contract with the Defense Logistics Agency Enterprise Business Systems (DLA J64), supported and creating an IT Warrior capability by outlining a Project Management approach for deploying a consolidated IT Warrior capability to DLA-J64.
