Job Description Description 1. Provide excellent customer care and services to our clients ensuring a professional approach and manner at all times. 2. Support and contribute to Web Site, Facebook and Twitter accounts in order to achieve and sustain maximum lettings. 3. Support the tenant portfolio of Baltic Creative to market their work, products and success stories. 4. Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Operations Officer and maintain existing electronic and paper based recording systems as required. 5. Work closely with Operations Officer on specific projects including Green Travel Plan, Output Data Collection and analysis and any other work / projects which require support.

This is a public facing role where you will be expected to represent the organisation at relevant meetings and events. You will be expected to participate in relevant training and development suitable to the role.

1. EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL Some experience in a public facing role. DESIRABLE Experience working in a small office environment.

2. QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL Degree in relevant discipline: marketing, property, administration, HR, etc. DESIRABLE Property, finance or marketing / PR recognised professional body qualifications

3. JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS ESSENTIAL Ability to manage, use and interpret Marketing, Social Media and Website platforms and accounts. Excellent organisation and administrative skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent computer skills including mailmerge, spreadsheets, database and power-point Working accurately to tight deadlines DESIRABLE Experience of a property management environment. Experience Working in the Creative and Digital Sectors Experience of data collection and analysis
