Organizational behavior is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and structure have on behavior within organizations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organizations effectiveness. This course focuses on such topics as leadership skills, personality, interpersonal communication, motivation, team building organizational change and culture.

COURSEOBJECTIVES The course is designed to develop knowledge and skills in the filed of organizational behavior. It will provide the understanding of how and why individuals behave in specific patterns in organizational context.
