Edwardsville Customers Get Access to Award-Winning TV and Broadband Services Edwardsville, IL., Jan. 16, 2014 Edwardsville residents now have a new choice for their television and broadband services with the arrival of AT&T* U-verse. AT&Ts Project VIP calls for expanding IP broadband to reach approximately 57 million customer locations in its wireline service area by year-end 2015.
