1.1 This Requirement, pursuant to Article 29 of the Convention, prescribes the documents to be carried on board Nepalese aircraft engaged in international navigation. 1.2 The documents listed in paragraph 2 are also to be carried on board Nepalese aircraft flying within the boundaries of Nepal.

2.2 For multi-engined aircraft it is also required that following documents be carried:

a) The approved Operations Manual, b) The approved Minimum Equipment List,


Note: Normally incorporated in the Operations Manual.

c) Check lists for cockpit drills and emergency


procedures, as specified in Flight Operations Requirements, and current and suitable navigation charts, maps and route guides.

3.

RESTRICTION 3.1 The following documents must not be carried on the aircraft to which they relate:

a) The Aircraft, Engine and Propeller Log Books. b) The duplicate copy of the Maintenance Release. c) The duplicate copy of the Certificate of Fitness
for Flight.
