the activities of Zlad Jarrah in/Las Vegas, NV. Jarrah arrived m Las Vegas, NY on
06/0712001 on United Airl~¢s Flirt 2552 from the Los\Angeles International Airport.

After arriving at the' Las Vegas International Airpsrt on 06/0712001, Jarrah rented
a Daewoo sedan from Pay!ess Rent a Car at the ai rt location. The rental agent was an
individual by the name o , eseribed a second mid-eastern
who accompanied Jarrah 0 ayi ess. state \:thaf,thesecond male was
argwnentative and difficult during the processing""'ofthe':paperwork for Jarrah. Because
Jarrah only had a debit card and not a credit 4rd, he w~ required to pay for the proposed

flight school in Philadelphia, PA on 06/04-05/2001. Jarrah was accompanied by an
unidentified mid-eastern male. I ~ent the sketch to/Philadelphia for the purpose
of determining if the unknown male In tas 'vegas and the unknown male in Philadelphia
were the s.ame person. I tecalls ~~t personnel at.the Philadelphia flight school
