Fisher JR/SR High School, Fisher, IL Fall 2012 th th Observed 30 hours in two 11 grade US History classes and one 12 grade Economics class Taught original lessons on Gilded Age Politics, The Spanish-American War, and World War I Utilized Common Core practice through the use of primary source analysis. Original instruction plans included a variety of media-related technologies to reach the needs of the diverse student body and promote active engagement. Participated in a students IEP meeting with parent and fellow teachers.

Organized lesson on US Constitution for 12th grade government class. Taught current event lesson from news article covering Arab Spring to 9th grade geography class.
