Website Proposal Czar TechnoGeeks December 3, 2013 Prepared for: Islamic Website Development

Introduction Thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal for the designing of the Islamic website. We believe that we can create a site that is simple to navigate and has a professional yet welcoming design. Based on our preliminary discussion, I have identified and listed below the Needs and Solutions that we will want to address in this project. Needs Client needs a website to reach out to the community and also to serve and support related Islamic youth. Furthermore, Client needs a website that can be maintained by a Czar TechnoGeeks employee, without the need to regularly employ Czar TechnoGeeks to make changes. The Czar TechnoGeeks employee needs to be able to add and revise both text and photos and additional pages if necessary. Solutions Czar TechnoGeeks will provide Client with a fresh new web design that is easy to navigate and provides useful information. The design will also convey to potential subscribers that Client is professional and reliable. Website Organization The new design will have five main landing pages: 1. Home Page a. Menu with its sub-menu b. Gallery of Photos c. Gallery of Videos d. Categorization of content like Videos, Audios, Books and Articles e. Live Video Streaming section f. Search g. Footer consists of the content as required by the client as it will be customizable h. Twitter, Facebook live posts APIs on the right side bar i. A notification bar is provided on the very top of the Home page, acts like a very important note (example : as you get notification on the top of your mobile phones) 2. Single Video/Photo page a. A video player box for playing video b. Contains the menu with its sub-menus c. Related Videos d. Latest videos on the right column of the website e. Search option on the right column f. Questions or comments below the Video player/ Photo

g. Twitter, Facebook live posts APIs on the right side bar h. Share options available at the bottom of the video or content of the post 3. Login and Registration page a. Login fields for entering username and password b. Registration form to register with the website to post the comments and latest updates about the website 4. Question and Answer section a. Display the questions and answers b. Username and there comment c. Display 10 questions per page 5. About/Contact a. Description of the Client goal b. Contact us form If the client have more requirements in designing of the website we would like our Client to provide us with a documentation and we will make the changes in proposal and re-submit Technical Aspects Live sessions of the videos is possible when we have the dedicated server Reason: We need dedicated server to install the software to do the live streaming of videos If you need live stream then we can also go with Justin.tv live broadcaster subscription or Ustream.tv http://www.justin.tv/payments/pro/ https://www.ustream.tv/platform/plans/1 Czar TechnoGeeks recommends our Client to subscribe to one of the providers due to following reasons Best software for live streaming of the video 24 hours available for support if there is any problem with the live streaming No need installation or maintenance for the application Reduce cost for having normal server instead of going with dedicated server Broadcast the live streaming even with Smart phone anywhere, anytime

However we will also be available for support during the live streaming of the videos Providing a Client with FTP credentials to upload contents for the website Hardware Requirements Czar TechnoGeeks already have the hardware required for developing the website along with the softwares needed to develop the project

Technology The technology used for designing the website will be PHP5, HTML5, CSS, JQuery and JavaScripts PHP5, HTML5, CSS, JQuery and JavaScripts are open source and have free license to be used Czar TechnoGeeks develop their own content management system service to manage the website content and do the update which will be updated dynamically Security Security measure is very important for the website. We perform the rigorous security attacks to check whether the website or the server can be hacked and this gives us the confidence for the security of the website and server The majority of web application attacks occur through cross-site scripting (XSS) and SQL injection attacks which typically result from flawed coding, and failure to sanitize input to and output from the web application Workflow Preliminary Design Working in conjunction, Czar TechnoGeeks will provide Client with a preliminary design concept for the new website. That design concept will include the basic layout, color palette, font choices, etc. Client can at that point request one round of design revisions within the scope of the Fee Schedule (see below). If more revisions are deemed necessary at that point by Sample Company, the work will be done at our hourly rate of $15. (This is rarely necessary, especially for a simple website project such as this, but if necessary will be discussed fully before any fees are assessed.) Client Deliverables Client needs to provide us with the logo of the website in PSD format high resolution and if there is any extra requirements or description needed by Czar TechnoGeeks which can only be provided by the Client, it should be provided in a documentation and it should be in .docx format

Document of website Czar TechnoGeeks will provide a PDF document of the website once the website is completely finished, the document will contain the information about navigating the website and how to get a quick support along with F.A.Qs. Launch When Client has finished incorporating all the content they wish to have at launch, they will ask Czar TechnoGeeks to move the website from the development sub-directory to the main root level of the domain, thereby making the site go live. Please note that if there is any changed made by the client during the development of project, then the time taken to develop will also be increased and the Client takes the responsibility of the time increased for the completion of the project Total time to complete the project: 4-6 weeks once we start the project upon client approval. Support Maintenance For update/maintenance or any other requirements needed to be added in the website will be charged per hour -$15 / hour minimum 1 hour will be charged once the task is assigned - (Tasks will be finished within time declared). Update : Client might request to update the design of the website and add some widgets to the website, and Client might request to add the content to the website for example uploading of Videos, Photos, Descriptions, Latest notifications etc., Upload of Videos, Photos and Descriptions The data should be provided by the client and to provide the security for the data and copyrights we will provide create a FTP connection settings to the client server and provide client with its details to upload the content FTP connection details: It contains the hostname, username and password. We can create as many users to with different username with the client request Database maintenance will be taken care by the provider of the server from where the client purchase the server as they take the backups of the website and data. If there is any database modification needed after the submission of the website to the client then there will be a charge for that modification

Official E-mail IDs Client possess the right to create his/her official email address of their website along with the Email panels where he can check inbox, outbox and other functionalities that an Email client should possess. Fee Schedule If Client wishes Czar TechnoGeeks to go forward with the project, here is the schedule for payments of the fee: 50% due upon acceptance of the proposal before work commences 25% due upon delivering the completed design in place Czar TechnoGeeks will launch the website when requested, providing that there is no balance due. Terms and Conditions Once project fee is paid in full to Czar TechnoGeeks any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Client for inclusion in website are owned by Client. Czar TechnoGeeks assumes Client has permission from the rightful owner to use any images or design elements that are provided by Client for inclusion in the website, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Czar TechnoGeeks from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements. Czar TechnoGeeks retains the right to display graphics and other Web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects. Czar TechnoGeeks also retains the right to place a discreet text link at the bottom of the website page(s). The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between Client and the Czar TechnoGeeks regarding all items included in this agreement Czar TechnoGeeks provides support for the lifetime of the application. We allow 45 days after application launch for any prior undiscovered bugs to be uncovered and fixed without charge. Beyond the 45-day period, we provide support/application revisions at SAR 0/hr. Design and Development Design and Development estimates are provided on a per project basis. The estimate provides for minor design or development changes. Changes Client is responsible for making additional payments for changes that require excessive re-design of the project. A change is defined as: Work requested by the Client beyond the agreed upon scope Changes to deliverables that have been previously reviewed and accepted by the Client.

Delivery Delivery dates are predicted on the timely receipt of all materials to be supplied by the Client. Every attempt will be made to meet the delivery date, but unforeseen or unavoidable delays not caused by Czar TechnoGeeks, shall not constitute a breach of project agreement. If in our attempt to meet delivery dates have made the need to incur rush charges, the client shall reimburse Czar TechnoGeeks for the additional charges. The days discussed in this document is business days for completion of the project Rush Charges Rush charges are accumulated if the project must be completed within an unscheduled timeframe. Design/Production: Rush charges for design and development are 50% additional to the estimated rate. Electronic Files If the Client has requirements for how the project is to be prepared electronically, the Client must communicate this to Czar TechnoGeeks before the project begins. Cancellation In the event of project cancellation, all artwork is retained by Czar TechnoGeeks, and based upon the contract price and expenses incurred, the Client shall pay these. If cancellation of assignment should be authorized, it should be given in writing to Czar TechnoGeeks. Ownership Unless otherwise specified, the final accepted iPhone application created through the services of Czar TechnoGeeks is property of the Client upon final payment of assignment. Concepts and ideas Preliminary ideas and artwork created by Czar TechnoGeeks in the course of developing Client projects which were not accepted by the Client, remain the property of Czar TechnoGeeks. The use or development of such ideas or artwork by persons or firms other than Czar TechnoGeeks is expressly prohibited. The fee for unauthorized use of said materials shall be SAR 10,000.00. Limitation of Liability Client agrees that it shall not hold Czar TechnoGeeks, or its agents or employees liable for incidental or consequential damages which arise from Czar TechnoGeeks failure to perform any aspect of the project in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by negligent acts (excepting the sole negligence of Czar TechnoGeeks) or omissions by Czar TechnoGeeks or a third party. Client agrees to limit Czar TechnoGeeks liability to client for any claims by client against Czar TechnoGeeks (and its employees, agents, owners, representatives and contractors) to a total maximum amount of half of project fees.

Dispute Resolution Any disputes in excess of the maximum limit for small claims court arising out of this agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration before the Joint Ethics Committee or a mutually agreed upon arbitrator pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The Arbitrators award shall be final, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The client shall pay all arbitration and court costs, reasonable attorneys fees, and legal interest on any award of judgment in favor of Czar TechnoGeeks. Next Steps To proceed with this project, Client is required to take the following steps: Accept the proposal "as is" or discuss desired changes. Please note that changes to the scope of the project can be made at any time, but additional charges may apply. Finalize and sign contract Submit initial payment of 50% of total project fee. Once these steps have been completed we will begin the project

Acceptance of Proposal This contract and the Appendices attached thereto constitute the sole agreement between the Czar TechnoGeeks and the Client regarding this project. It becomes effective only when signed by both parties. It is the spirit of this agreement that this will be a mutually beneficial arrangement for the Client and the Developer.
