Business Proposal: the impact of motivation on employee performance INTRODUCTION: the goal of this research is to identify whether there is any relation among job satisfaction, motivation and employee performance. This study will add extra addition to current studies f employee motivation in world famous restaurant KFC. The primary elements of the study are to setting up the relation of employee motivation and its performance on organisation. In the phrase motivation is the power that causes people to stay in a specific way. Motivation in simply terms can be defined to behave particular way. Motivated employee always quality oriented. Highly motivated employee is effective for the organisation with the different expectations and need. BACK GROUND OF THE STUDY: This study is based on organisational commitment and job satisfaction for judge the case relation was review with the level of commitment, job satisfaction and many kinds of rude characters like low morale, high turnover, expression and absenteeism. It is the main duty to the manager to keep their employee motivated because organisational commitment. Study found some specific factor that indicates the individual decision process to stay or leave the institution. There are so many factors that can interfere in organisation motivation process. Motivation is the key part of a company because workers are the assets and for the organisation development employee motivation is the mandatory process. OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY: The initial objectives is to obtain worker motivation strategy in KFC and to find out the perfect one to motivate the workers. To explore existing motivation strategy and worker satisfaction about it Find out the perfect motivation theory for the KFC To realize the impact of specific target of achieving the goal and performance To realize the relationship among feedback, commitment, self-efficiency and target characteristics Customer thinking on employee motivation
RESEARCH QUESTION: What is motivation is and its related factors How to motivate workers What is Existing worker motivating strategies in KFC? What customer thinking about KFC worker What are the perfect way to motivate employees in KFC What is the relation between specific target and employee performance What is the real relation among self-efficiency, commitment and target characteristics

IMPOTANCE OF THE STUDY: Unless the commitment is made, there are only promises and hopes left, but no plans (Peter F. Drucker). Actually the organisations promised are highly valuable. Target

fixing and to achieve the organisation value the motivated employee is necessary. If we can identify HRM is the major assets for an organisation the it would recommended as an organisations achievements. Organisational investigation main concern is the work satisfaction and performance. Some of the researchers are found the workers behaviour; such as absenteeism, turnover, job performance, therefore the researcher are found the related issues. ( Gruneberg 1979: Mowday, PORTER AND STREES (1982). This research find out the outcome of the best chosen worker. Workers may come from different background, gender, age, groups, personality, marital status and educational levels in an institution. It is obvious that dedicated employees are important tha those with less committed employees ( RAJU & SRIVASTAVA, 1994: Mowday, 1998). This research is for to finding where the several of demographic issue (gender, marital, age, groups) of workers has the influence on the commitment.

REVIEW OF LITRATURE: WHAT IS MOTIVATION? Motivation is a desire to gain the goal, with combining of energy to work towards the achievement of specific goal. If students oriented to be a desire to carry out their studies and accomplish the requirements of their courses Actually to get any kind of reward because of persons outstanding contribution for the organisation is in academic language called motivating. MOTIVATION THEORIES Positive support, which is favourite events what should be need to show after behaviour. In these circumstances a good response is stronger by mixing something lead to reward. Negative support is definitely attact on the human behaviour. On the bad motivation, a less response is going to take place and it will be happen something unpleasant. INCENTIVE THEORY OF MOTIVATION A reward which is good or not really too good will need to show after specific action with the main stream of repetitive human behaviour actions. This will cause after a positive human behaviour with the accomplishment. In the moral if any person get his well work praise immediately, it will must effect on his performance. It will help to do huge task with great intention. Motivation is not only the reward presenting. Feedback can be the best reward for any kind of motivation. Motivation theories are divided into two side are intrinsic and extrinsic motivation (desler 2005) MASLOWS HIERARCHY OF NEEDS As to get the higher result from any kind of organisation effective motivation is mandatory, without it organisation workplace will not be able to compete successfully in the world market. So motivate the person effectively is must for to improve the organisation effectiveness. Maslows model explain the initial less order necessity such safety issue and physiological needs to satisfy at the intention of

ensuring highest level of motivational factor along side with self enrichment. As define of maslows hierarchy of needs are define as below.

Self actualisation means self fulfilment, achieving ones full potential, including creative activities Esteem Needs is person feeling and the prestige in the society Belonging and relationship is personal life relation need for love, friends and family For personal safety to live well in the society. Society always plays a vital role Physiological needs including the food and water, holiday and comfortablility HERZBERGS TWO FACTOR OF THEORY Fredrik herzbergs is very popular for his employee motivation theory. His main two approach of theory is defined as hygiene theory. Two factors illustrated that the motivational people can change their lifetime and they are in the theory of expecting the own respect as well. This is one of the important factor in humans life. Elements of motivation is adequate responsibility, work reorganisation and some challenging work, which will bring the positive satisfaction Elements of hygiene issue sometimes called social status, job guaranty, pension plan and a benefit which is de motivate people if it is no longer exits. GOAL SETTING THEORY The goal setting theory is one of the most important issue in motivation analysis. We must need to fix up some plan to do the best output from any organisation. The moderation of goal must be difficult and not easy to accomplish, and the people of the most are not really motivated in this issue. At the same roots need to gather some substantial need to do the succeed in the life. For the best things in the life we can gather is knowledge and for future goal setting is really necessary for every people to work through over it. Many people cannot do any thing in their life because of their not fixing anything for future. So to think about future is mandatory issue for human life. HOW MOTIVATION DIRECTLY IMPACT ON BUSINESS GROWTH Success of any kind of organisation totally depends on the worker of the organisation working efficiently or not. Employee are the major factor of an company. If we do motivate the employee instead of put them under pressure and of course it will bring more productivity for our organisation. If any worker do a mistake and we can handle it in proper way with sack him or giving punishment we can tell the proper way to do efficiently he will motivated and will never do it again. He may think he is important for the business, so he got the responsibility for the business as well. After that motivation comes from his heart and he will try to do his best for the organisation. Employee motivation is essential for the success of any big company or the small one. In the

modernise workplace, human resources are valuable above all other factors as well. Motivated employees are more productive and mentally satisfied. METHOD COULD BE APPLY IN KFC Effective motivation systems definitely play a vital role for organisation to achieving their target. To hold the organisation in the top level and to continue running in the profitability, then there is no more option accept the motivation employee to do the work in efficient way. To apply the reward system for employee of the week can be the best option for the fast paced environment. GOALS FOR THE ORGANISATION Many people says that the theory of goal setting is not work in the real life activity in the organisation. Usually all of the organisation their main target is to making profit. To gain of profit margin is essential for any kind of organisation. To fix a goal is more important for an organisation to get the best of the success in the organisational profitability. The meaning of organisational goal is to work through the specific way , follow the direction and motivate the employee to make it happen. Because the high authority just make the plan but to establishment of this plan the worker plays the vital role. METHODOLOGY: The study is to find out the effective use of strategies and motivation theory used by KFC. Therefore to gain the objectives primarily it is to identify the current motivation theory in kfc. Planning of any kind of study on motivation has various scopes, that it would able to find out the best way to progress and design of research. QUALITATIVE APPROACH Qualitative research is open finisher, in the depth of seeking responses that reflected the one persons thinking and the felling of the particular subject. It indicates people in many ways their thinking, their behaviour, their attitudes and their outlook and their opinion as well. SECONDARY RESEARCHING Secondary research are divided in to two main elements Internal source of data: this is the organisational internal source of raw data, which is use for the records, any awards from the company, promotional paper. Company profit and the distributed product or any kind of motivational instrument can become from this sources. External source of data: this data source is collected from outside off the store bye public opinion about kfc, the relevance newspaper, article from time magazine, related books and some from KFC, LONDON. QUESTIONNAIRE: Questionnaire is prepare to identify the current motivational strategy and a interviews with the store manager for the answer of the selected question. There are three types of question are be the

To gather any kind of data population analysis is mandatory in investigation process, but in real it can be totally different. Actually it is a process of selecting some specific character and gathering know by analysis them or taking a short survey.

INTERPRETATION The qualitative data process is do enrich the categories of data we collected, alongside with the raw data and selected areas of data. The use of computer coding and the record in the history books of specific employee the data is mainly used for.
