In the implementation of the -ual Training #ystem program as indicated in the (emorandum of $greement between the TVI and the establishment, the student shall undergo in+plant training in the establishment, .elated to this, the parties agree on the following responsibilities/ A) TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL INSTITUTION (TVI) 0, 2, .ecommend students/trainees who will undergo the in+plant training at the "#T$%&I#'(")T1 3nderta4e the in+school training by conducting theoretical sub5ects and laboratory practice related to the appro6ed curriculum/training plan 5ointly de6eloped by the partners1 -esignate/appoint a TVI Industrial 8oordinator to super6ise, monitor and e6aluate the performance of the student/trainee and the status of the program, "xercise due care and diligence in the selection and super6ision of the trainees in order that in5ury, damage or loss of person(s) and property within the "#T$%&I#'(")T premises will be a6oided, Pay the student/trainee their daily allowance from the training allowance paid to them by the "#T$%&I#'(")T1 The TVI may pull+out any student/trainee from the establishment on reasonable grounds after a written notice of such pull+out "nsure that the student/trainee undergo competency assessment after completion of their training
