Pointing Devices
Overview:
Pointing devices are pieces of hardware that can be used to move and control a pointer (curser) on a screen. There are 3 main types of pointing device: Mice Touchpad Trackerballs

Pointing Device (Like a mouse) used to move and control a Pointer (curser) around a screen.

eos

Pointing Device 1 - Mice

2 types of mice are Ball and Optical. A Ball mouse uses a ball underneath the mouse to detect movement. An Optical mouse uses reflected light rather than a ball. This allows the user to control the position of a pointer on a screen.
