Job Title: Network Administrator /#1/ Qualification: at a minimum BSc; Cisco CCNA Certification required, CCNP desirable. Experience: network design, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, management, traffic analysis; cabling system design and implementation; Internet connection management; network security design, implementation and management (firewalls, smart cards/certificates); maintaining documentation of network and security

implementations; preferably for 3 years or more.

software with a focus on Web based, database backed, Open Source applications; integration of systems with existing services such as Active Directory; maintenance and administration of services and systems; troubleshooting and resolving system problems; working with business areas to identify and define requirements; creation and maintenance of technical documentation; evaluation, recommendation and introduction of new technologies to support and enhance systems; preference for 2 years and above. 4. Assistant Network Administrator /Video Conferencing Technician (#1) Qualification: Minimum Diploma CCNA & CVE Certification is desirable. Experience: cabling system design and implementation; Internet connection

management; network and video conference active devices (converged management, Multi-Point conferencing, recording and streaming video border proxy) configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting including the end devices, management of traffic analysis; maintaining documentation of video Conferencing network and recordings, then avail on the ftp service, planning, implementation, configuration, and administration of Linux, Windows Server (2003/2008) implementation and management of Web based services and applications; configuration and administration of Active Directory desirable; troubleshooting and implementation and management of Web based services and applications; strong background in dealing with support queries, and troubleshooting and solving system problems: preferably for 2 years and above. 5. 6. Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician /#1/ Qualification: Diploma. Experience: coordinating activities of Junior Maintenance Technicians; assisting & advising users in analyzing & troubleshooting hardware problems on their ICT equipment; performing hardware maintenance & repair on ICT equipment, notably PCs, Printers, photocopiers; requests & follow up on maintenance spare parts per case; maintaining record of ICT assets and hardware maintenance

actions; responsibilities to include ensuring the standards that AMU sets for the use of its computers are adhered to & giving training as required; preferably 3 years and above. 7. Job Title: Maintenance Technician/Computer Technician /#3/ Qualification: Diploma. Experience: year & above, customer-oriented work; proven experience and skills in maintenance and repair of PCs, laptops, servers, thin client machines and in Windows & open source operating systems and its common applications & Anti-Virus software, Skills in Windows system and software installation and configuration will be desirable :preferably 2 years and above . 8. Job Title: Maintenance Technician/ Office Machines Technician /#2/ Qualification: Diploma. Experience: in customer-oriented work; proven experience and skills in maintenance and repair of printers, photocopiers, faxes, duplication machines, scanners and beamers LCD Projectors; and in Windows operating systems and its common applications, and Anti-Virus software; 2 years and above. 9. Job Title: Network Technician (#1) Qualification: Diploma. Experience: Cisco basic/entry certification will be of desirable. Well-organized and standardized network cabling installation, skills in labeling and documentation; network troubleshooting; contacts with Service Providers and suppliers. Preferably 2 years & above
10. Job Title: Technical Assistant (#5) Qualification: Diploma. Experience in customer-oriented work; thorough and proven experience and skills in Software and hardware maintenance and repair of computers, laptops, thin client machines and in Windows & open source operating systems, its common applications & Anti-Virus software, Skills in Windows system and software installation and configuration will be an additional advantage, also experience in printers, photocopiers and experience in data networking and its applications, planning, implementation, configuration, administration, trouble shooting of Linux, Windows Active directories, implementation and management of Web based services and applications desirable: preferably with minimum of 2 years and above relevant work experience
