Wheel Impact Load Detection System An automated system for detection of excessive impact load due to wheel defects. As the Train passes over the instrumented rail, data is collected and sent to the system in real time. The data collected is tested, all extraneous noise removed and the pure raw data analysed.

Oscillation Monitoring System: monitor the quality of Track through ride-index & acceleration measured on vehicle floor near Centre Pivot Track Recording & OHE Maintenance Cars: Track & OHE parameters recorded can be correlated to the location using GPS.
