OBJECTIVE
To improve the living condition of world poor with dignity, respect and self confidence
through live facilities of education, health, food, housing and sustainable livelihood
where, I am ready to work under difficult conditions with important responsibilities to
achieve the goal of the institution efficiently and effectively.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Coordination:
o Possess experience in coordination and having good contacts with donors, UN
agencies, military/government officials, community leaders of key national and
international organizations, Media etc
o Actively represented organization in coordination meetings at the district and
national level.
o Actively involved in the formation of emergency sectors clusters to run project
smoothly and share information with beneficiaries.
o Conducted and facilitated coordination meeting in emergency and conflict projects
Operational Management & Programmes Development:
o Designed and developed concept papers, proposals in reconstruction, community
based infrastructure, water and sanitation, livelihood, disability, disaster and
preparedness, training and community development projects in AJK and FATA
Pakistan.
o Initiated the implanted different programmes through the participation of local
communities.
o Devise and analyzed media policies and strategies, SOPs with Government, Non
government and International Development agencies to initiate projects/programmes
o Appraised local partners and NGO, before and after the project awarded.
o Good in analytical and short reports writing to donors, government etc.
o Managed Overall responsibility for the effective and efficient management of the
programme/project consistent with the project management cycle, staff and asset
management compliance with country strategy and effective contribution in
alteration of policies and procedures for enhancing effectiveness and addressing.

Programme Support (Admin/Finance/HR):
o Managed office administration in logistics (Vehicle, goods), asset protection,
(including budget) and oversee the administrative procedures to meet objective of
organization at field level.
o Facilitated and supervised accurate budget control and overall responsibility for
financial management in compliance with defined financial systems and guidelines.
o Hired many new staff for different programme positions and evaluated staff
performance through annual appraisal as per organization HR policies and
procedures in order to ensure programs quality and resources used effectively.
Community Mobilization & Participatory Development:
o Develop linkages with local leaders and community and introduce Participatory
approaches of sustainable development
o Need assessment of communities through Socio-economic base line surveys
o Successfully organized 240 male CBOs and 220 female CBOs under my supervision
at different villages of Pakistan.
o Ensure community involvement and participation in all Project implemented to make
them empower and give ownership.
Security:
o To locate and establish the project offices/units and their security and ensuring
implementation of security guidelines.
o Monitor the political, administrative and security situation in the working areas and
respond accordingly.
o Record and report any security incidents to top management
o Ensure staff security and safety through tracking system
o Attend area security meetings organized at the local level and maintain regular
contact with other NGO/UN security focal points (UNDSS etc)

IRP work focuses not only on addressing ongoing humanitarian priorities (Emergency
and Development), but also addressing the underlying causes of the poverty. IRP also
ensures that its activities are integrated into the greater national frameworks of other
members of civil society and the Government of Pakistan and AJ&K. IRP assistance
focuses in Particular on Baluchistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir where conflict, drought
and poverty have left the population highly vulnerable.
Implement the following Projects under my supervision:
1. Emergency Response to the South Asia Earthquake 2005 Affected Community of AJK
(Shelter Construction, Distribution of FIs & NFIs, etc)
2. Bagh Integrated Development Programme BIDP (Components of the Project: CBOs
Formation, Sustainable Livelihood, development of small community infrastructure,
Water ,Sanitation & Health/Hygiene Promotion)
3. Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Project by PPAF/World Bank (Component of
Project: Construction of 12,371 permanent seismic resistant housing units,
Rehabilitation of community physical infrastructure Schemes, Support to Vulnerable
Community, Construction of health facility)
4. Management of Disability project in 04 Union Council
5. Management of hospital operation and Construction of BHU in Dhuli Bagh funded by
Qatar Red Crescent
6. Training: (Seismic awareness training to local artisan and Designing of the modules,
budgeting and Planning, Monitoring the events)
7. Building Resilience for Community Development funded by ECHO (Components of
Project: Community Development through formation of ERU, Small scale mitigation
works, Community capacity building, Disaster Preparedness)
Staff Supervised: Supervised 14 nos staff directly and 60 nos indirectly in Programme
(engineers, community development officer, M&E, Livelihood, consultant, HR finance,
administration etc)
Key Achievements:
o Successfully completed 11000 permanent seismic resistant housing units in District
Bagh AJK
o Successfully formed 240 CBOs in Five Union Councils of District Bagh
o Successfully completed 43 NEW Water Supply Schemes in District Bagh AJK
o Successfully rehabilitated 48 Earthquake Affected Supply Schemes in District Bagh
o Successfully conducted four days 50 training events for capacity building of local
artisans and trained more than 1000 artisans from affected community
o Successfully formed Nine(09) Emergency Response Units in District Bagh AJK
