Le membrane sono formulate in gomma sintetica. Le membrane per la linea sollevamento sono certificate per la potabilit. Le membrane per i Solarvarem possono resistere fino a 130 per brevi periodi in soluzioni di acqua e glicole.
The membranes are made on syntetic rubber. The membranes for water booster system line are potable water-proof certified. The membranes for Solarvarem can resist up to 130 for short periods with solutions of water and glicol.

Informazioni tecnico normative Regulatory technical informations

IL MARCHIO CE
Il marchio CE per i recipienti a pressione nasce con la direttiva europea 97/23/CE PED. La direttiva ha lo scopo di rendere agevole la circolazione dei prodotti allinterno della Comunit Europea (ora Unione Europea) eliminando la difformit di regolamentazione. Fino al marchio CE in ogni paese della Comunit vigevano norme tecniche differenti in base allorganismo preposto (es. TV, ISPESL, SAQ, APAVE). Ogni prodotto che soddisfa i requisiti della direttiva PED ha apposto il marchio CE. La PED suddivide i recipienti a pressione in categorie a seconda del fluido contenuto e in base al prodotto dei valori di volume (V) e pressione (PS). Senza marchio CE (PS x V < 50) Non rientrano nella marcatura CE i prodotti con PS x V minore di 50. Per questi prodotti il fabbricante si rende garante della qualit di costruzione e risponde in proprio di eventuali danni. Rientrano in questa tipologia molti prodotti Varem di piccola dimensione, ad esempio: Extravarem LR 8 l 8l 5 bar PS x V = 40 Intervarem 5 l 5l 8 bar PS x V = 40 Categoria I (50 < PS x V < 200) Rientrano in questa categoria i recipienti con prodotto PS x V maggiore di 50 e minore o uguale a 200. Per questi recipienti il fabbricante garantisce la qualit di progettazione, costruzione e verifica finale e pu porre il marchio CE. Rientrano in questa categoria molti prodotti Varem, ad esempio: Intervarem 20 l 20 l 10 bar PS x V = 200 Extravarem LR 40 l 40 l 5 bar PS x V = 200 Categoria II (200 < PS x V < 1000) Rientrano in questa categoria i recipienti con prodotto PS x V maggiore di 200 e minore o uguale a 1000. Per questi recipienti il fabbricante garantisce la qualit di progettazione, costruzione e verifica finale sotto la sorveglianza di un ente notificato a sua scelta, che lo autorizza a porre il marchio CE. Rientrano in questa categoria molti prodotti Varem, ad esempio: Maxivarem LR 60 l 60 l 6 bar PS x V = 360 Maxivarem LS 100 l 100 l 10 bar PS x V = 1000 Categoria III (1000 < PS x V < 3000) Rientrano in questa categoria i recipienti con prodotto PS x V maggiore di 1000 e minore o uguale a 3000. Per questi recipienti il fabbricante garantisce la qualit di progettazione e costruzione. La verifica finale viene sorvegliata da un ente notificato a sua scelta, che lo autorizza a porre il marchio CE. Rientrano in questa categoria molti prodotti Varem, ad esempio: Maxivarem LR 500 l 500 l 6 bar PS x V = 3000 Maxivarem LS 300 l 300 l 10 bar PS x V = 3000 Categoria IV (PS x V > 3000) Rientrano in questa categoria i recipienti con prodotto PS x V maggiore di 3000. Per questi recipienti il fabbricante garantisce la qualit di progettazione e costruzione. La verifica finale viene sorvegliata da un ente notificato a sua scelta, che lo autorizza a porre il marchio CE. Rientrano in questa categoria i prodotti Varem di maggiori dimensioni, ad esempio: Maxivarem LS 500 l 500 l 10 bar PS x V = 5000 Maxivarem LS 1000 l 1000 l 10 bar PS x V = 10000 Lente di sorveglianza notificato alla Commissione dellUnione Europea sottopone il fabbricante a differenti livelli di controllo a seconda della categoria del recipiente per cui richiesta la marcatura CE. Per le categorie con valori superiori i controlli sono pi estesi. Le modalit vengono scelte dal fabbricante.
CE MARKING
The CE marking for pressurized tanks was born with the 97/23/EC PED directive. The purpose of the directive is to facilitate the circulation of products within the European Community (now EU). Condizioni generali di vendita General Sales Conditions

Premessa Le nostre vendite sono effettuate alle condizioni espresse dalle nostre conferme dordine le quali annullano ogni diversa clausola stampata o manoscritta sulle ordinazioni e ogni corrispondenza del compratore. Ogni trasmissione di ordinazioni alla nostra societ implica ladesione del compratore alle condizioni generali di vendita sotto riportate. 1. Ordinativi e termini di consegna I contratti di vendita si intendono sempre effettuati nel domicilio del fornitore qualunque sia il luogo di assunzione della commessa. Le ordinazioni che il compratore conferisce sia a mezzo degli agenti di vendita o altri intermediari si intendono sempre soggette alla riserva di approvazione da parte del fornitore, approvazione che viene data con linvio della conferma dordine. Il compratore al ricevimento della conferma dordine tenuto a verificare tutti i dati riportati e a comunicare immediatamente eventuali discordanze rispetto allordine conferito. Il testo della nostra conferma dordine prevarr in ogni caso rispetto a eventuali altri testi di offerte e ordinazioni ed considerato accettato a tutti gli effetti qualora non intervengano contestazioni da parte del compratore entro un periodo massimo di quindici giorni dalla data di conferma. Lespletamento delle ordinazioni ammette la tolleranza del 10% in pi o in meno sul quantitativo globalmente ordinato salvo diversa pattuizione riportata esplicitamente sulla nostra conferma, senza che ci dia luogo a variazioni di prezzo. 2. Spedizioni dei materiali Le spedizioni dei prodotti sono effettuate normalmente a nostra cura secondo le modalit esplicitamente riportate nella conferma dordine. Nel caso in cui il ritiro dei prodotti venga effettuato a cura del compratore, lo stesso si impegna a ritirare il materiale presso i nostri magazzini alla data comunicata di messa a disposizione da parte dei nostri servizi. Trascorsi cinque giorni dalla data di comunicazione di merce pronta alla spedizione senza che lacquirente abbia provveduto al ritiro, la nostra societ ha il diritto di spedire i materiali approntati addebitando le spese al compratore. Prima di inviare il mezzo di trasporto per il ritiro della merce, il compratore obbligato a prendere accordi col venditore sul tempo e luogo di incarico. 3. Passaggio della propriet e dei rischi Salvo pattuizione contraria, che deve espressamente risultare dalla conferma dordine, la propriet dei materiali si trasferisce al compratore solo ed esclusivamente al momento della consegna al vettore. Pertanto, i materiali viaggiano a rischio e pericolo del compratore. Eventuali inconvenienti dipendenti da avarie di viaggio, disguidi ferroviari o navali o soste di qualsiasi natura, non potranno essere imputati al venditore. Eventuali riserve e/o reclami connessi al trasporto possono essere esposti dal compratore esclusivamente nei confronti del vettore. La nostra societ non responsabile per quanto avvenuto dopo la consegna dei materiali al vettore. Nessuna responsabilit pu essere imputata alla nostra societ per danni ai materiali in conseguenza delle condizioni del carico ma esclusivamente al trasportatore o a terzi. 4. Imballaggio La nostra societ provvede allimballaggio secondo esperienza e usi. Limpiego di imballaggi particolari o lesclusione dellimballaggio dovranno essere richiesti espressamente dal compratore allatto dellordinazione e saranno oggetto di trattativa a fini economici. 5. Termini di consegna I termini di approntamento, spedizione o consegna risultante dalle nostre conferme dordine hanno solo valore indicativo e sono dati sempre senza garanzia. Eventuali ritardi non daranno luogo in nessun caso al risarcimento di danni o alla risoluzione, anche parziale, del contratto. In tutti i casi di mancanza di materie prime, energia elettrica, guasti ai macchinari, interruzioni di servizi di trasporto, agitazione del personale, pubbliche calamit, ecc., la nostra societ da ritenersi libera da responsabilit per mancata o ritardata consegna. 6. Condizioni di pagamento Il pagamento delle nostre forniture deve essere effettuato netto di ogni spesa, sconto e tassa nei termini pattuiti e riportarti sulla nostra conferma di vendita. Il luogo di pagamento a tutti gli effetti il domicilio del venditore, anche in caso di emissione di effetti cambiari o di ricevute. Il mancato o ritardato pagamento delle nostre fatture, oltre a dar luogo allimmediata decorrenza degli interessi che saranno addebitati nella misure del prime rate maggiorato di 3 punti, d diritto alla nostra societ di pretendere il pagamento anticipato delle restanti fatture e di sospendere o annullare lespletamento degli altri contratti in corso senza che il compratore possa avanzare pretese di compensi o indennizzi. 7. Prezzi I prezzi pattuiti e riportati nelle conferme di vendita sono al netto di qualsiasi onere e se non altrimenti specificato si intendnono franco stabilimento del venditore. Ogni variazione dei costi, in particolare delle materie prime e della manodopera, che incidano in modo rilevante sul prezzo del prodotto verificatosi durante lesecuzione del contratto, d diritto a una proporzionale revisione del prezzo. Tale revisione in facolt del venditore anche quando il termine di consegna venga prorogato su richiesta dellacquirente. Il prezzo inteso per singolo pezzo. 8. Reclami Le contestazioni sulla qualit e sulla quantit o per merce non corrispondente a quanto precisato nella nostra conferma di vendita, devono essere formulate allatto stesso del ricevimento della merce, menzionando le differenze riscontrate sul documento di trasporto e successivamente confermate a mezzo lettera raccomandata entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento. Qualora il reclamo risulti tempestivo e fondato, dopo laccertamento di nostri tecnici, lobbligo della nostra societ limitato alla sostituzione o integrazione della merce riconosciuta non corrispondente, nello stesso luogo di consegna della fornitura primitiva, previa restituzione di questa, escluso qualsiasi diritto da parte del compratore di chiedere la risoluzione del contratto. Reclami e proteste non danno diritto al compratore di sospendere il pagamento della fattura della merce contestata. 9. Garanzia Tutti i serbatoi riconosciuti difettosi entro 24 mesi dalla data di costruzione (60 per i serbatoi coibentati Thermovarem) verranno accreditati. La garanzia non si applica nel caso il difetto sia imputabile a un uso diverso cui il serbatoio destinato o siano stati fatti superare al serbatoio i limiti di pressione e di temperatura indicati. I serbatoi difettosi dovranno esserci restituiti franco il nostro stabilimento di Limena. La rispedizione verr fatta franco nostro grossista. Per i serbatoi difettosi non verr riconosciuto alcun costo extra (montaggio, smontaggio, trasporto, manodopera, ecc. ...) oltre a quello del prodotto non conforme. Ci riserviamo il diritto di apportare senza alcun avviso tutte le modifiche che a nostro giudizio rappresentino un miglioramento al prodotto. Non si risponde di eventuali errori riportati nei dati di listino. Tutte le precariche si intendono con una tolleranza di 0,2 bar per i primi 6 mesi dalla data di produzione. 10. Foro competente Foro esclusivamente competente per ogni controversia relativa alle vendite e relativi contratti conclusi dalla nostra societ quello di Padova. 11. I recipienti a pressione sono soggetti a normative e regolamentazioni diverse nei paesi in cui vengono installati. responsabilit dellacquirente rispettare tali normative vigenti e richiedere e utilizzare i modelli appropriati. Varem non risponde di errori tipografici. Introduction Our sales are subject only to the conditions specified in our Order Confirmation and annul any printed or verbal clauses in the purchasers order or correspondence. All orders sent to Varem S.p.A. imply acceptance and observance by the purchaser of the hereunder General Sales Conditions. 1. Orders and delivery terms The sales contracts are understood to be always carried out at any one of the Varems plants, regardless of where the order has been accepted. Orders placed by the purchaser or by any other type of intermediary are always subject to approval by Varem. Said approval is given when the Order Confirmation is sent. Upon receipt of the Order Confirmation, the purchaser is required to check all the data given and to immediately communicate any discrepancies with respect to the order placed. The text of our Order Confirmation will prevail in any case over any other offers or orders and is considered accepted to all effects if no complaints are received from the purchaser within a maximum of 3 days from the confirmation date. A tolerance of 10% with respect to the overall quantity ordered is permitted in the fulfilment of the order, unless an agreement has been reached and is quoted in our Order Confirmation, without this giving rise to price variations. 2. Shipment of goods Shipments are normally carried out by Varem S.p.A. in accordance with the procedures specified in the Order Confirmation. If the purchaser withdraws the goods, said purchaser is to withdraw the goods from our warehouses on the date they are made available from our services. Once 3 days have passed from the date of communication of the goods being ready for delivery without the purchaser withdrawing the orders, Varem S.p.A. is entitled to deliver the goods, charging the purchaser with transport costs. Prior to sending a vehicle for the withdrawal of the goods, the purchaser is obliged to agree with the Varem S.p.A. Dispatching Department on the time and place of loading. 3. Transfer of ownership and risks Unless agreed differently, with said agreement written on the Order Confirmation, ownership of the goods is transferred to the purchaser only and exclusively at the time of loading onto the carrier. Consequently the goods travel at the purchasers risk. Any problems arising from damage during transport and/or delays of any kind cannot be attributed to Varem S.p.A.. Any reservations and/or complaints connected with transport must be made by the purchaser to the carrier (as Varem S.p.A. is not responsible for whatever happens to the order once it leaves its premises). 4. Packing Varem S.p.A. will provide for packing according to its experience and methods normally adopted. The use of special packing or exclusion of such must be explicitly requested by the purchaser at the time of the order and will be subject to negotiation with regards to cost. 5. Delivery terms The preparation, shipment and/or delivery times resulting from our Order Confirmation are only a guide and are not firm. The purchaser will decline the right to claim compensation for damages or termination, full or partial, of the contract. In all cases of lack of materials, electricity, machinery breakdown, interruptions in transport services, staff agitation, public calamities, etc., Varem S.p.A. is exempt from all responsibilities for failure or delayed delivery. 6. Payment conditions Payment of our goods must be made net of all expenses, discounts and taxes in the terms agreed and given in our Order Confirmation. The place of payment, as well as the issue of bills of exchange and receipts, are to all effects the domicile of Varem S.p.A.. Failure or delayed payment of our invoices will not only lead to interest charges, but will also lead to the advance payment of remaining invoices and to the suspension or cancellation of the performance of the other contracts in progress without the purchaser having the right to claim compensation or indemnity. 7. Prices The prices agreed or given in the sales confirmations are net of any charges and, if not otherwise specified, are ex-works Varem S.p.A.. Any variations in costs, particularly of raw materials and labour, substantially affecting the price of product, which occur during the fulfilment of the contract, will authorize Varem S.p.A. to revise prices in proportion to the increase. Varem S.p.A. also has the right to revise prices when the delivery term is extended by the purchaser beyond the date already established by Varem S.p.A.. 8. Complaints Complaints concerning quality or quantity, or goods not corresponding to our Order Confirmation, must be forwarded upon receipt of the goods, specifying the differences found in the transport document, and subsequently confirmed by registered letter within 7 days from receipt. If the complaint is promptly and properly forwarded, and considered to be founded after inspection by our technicians, Varem S.p.A.s obligations are confined to replacement or integration of the goods at the same place of delivery of the original supply after return of the mistaken goods; except for all rights on the part of the purchaser to demand termination of the contract. Complaints and protests do not give the purchaser the right to suspend payment of the invoice for the goods in question. 9. Warranty A credit note will be issued for all tanks that have been accepted as defective by Varem S.p.A. within 24 months from the date of production (60 months for Thermovarem boilers). The warranty does not apply if the defect is due to use of the tank other than those specified in the authorized price list / catalogue or if the indicated maximum pressure and/or temperature values have been exceeded. All faulty tanks must be returned to Varem S.p.A., Limena at the expense of the sender. Return shipment is made free of charge to Varem S.p.A. wholesaler. No extra cost will be acknowledged for faulty tanks (assembly disassembly transport labour etc.) besides the cost of the non-conforming product. We reserve the right to carry out, without advance warning, all the changes that in our judgment represent an improvement of the product. Tolerance of the prechares is 0.2 bar of the specified value for the first 6 months from the date of production. 10. Jurisdiction The Court of Padua will be exclusively empowered to settle any disputes arising from the sales of contracts concluded by Varem S.p.A.. 11. Pressure tanks are subject to different norms and regulations in the countries where they are installed. The purchaser is responsible for respecting such norms and for using the proper models. Varem S.p.A. totally declines any responsibility from any case where a tank has been mistakenly used. Varem S.p.A. is not responsible for any typographical errors.
