SHCIL, Indias largest Depositor !articipant and onl one which has D! of both "SDL and CDSL. In toda s era if became #uite compulsor to have the highest level of the customers so it is measured b the firm from time to time to maintain the level of confidence among the customers. $or this purpose it re#uires a customer surve to know about the level of satisfaction and the difficulties faced b them. % surve of &'' customers of SHCIL (a)kot, were surve ed for this purpose. *ith this customer surve , I have evaluated that the compan who wants to progress their compan the have to compare their charges as well as their facilities which is provided b them should be good and attractive from the competitors. $or this surve I have taken the sample si+e of &,- peoples. %nd sample method is the convenience t pe of method. Here we have taken the sample area as capital market of (a)kot. Here our one limitation is that we have taken the limited ma)or areas of the (a)kot and limited sample si+e of the investors. *ith this anal sis I can sa that the most of the investors are interested to invest their mone in the share market. %nd the second area of interest of the investor is to invest their mone in mutual funds.

FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS FINDINGS &. $rom the pro)ect, I can sa that most of peoples prefer to invest their mone in the shares in toda s booming market with the /01. 2hen mutual fund with 001 is highest to prefer to invest their mone in the capital market. $rom the stud we have evaluated that &31 people prefer to invest their mone in the fi4ed deposit, &-1 in insurance, -1 in post office -1 in real estate 5 01 in gold. 0. I can sa that there are ma)orit of the people are choose to invest their mone in the capital market with the help of corporate agent with ,01, while there are onl 0,1 who are invest their mone with the help of individual agents or brokers. /. *ith this pro)ect I can sa that in the capital market more than half of the investors it means -/1 of the investors are aware with the services provided b SHCIL, this is the positive side of the Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd. 6. RECOMMENDATION Long term and mid term investors are not giving more emphasis to safet and service of broker. 2hose are the investors who want to create wealth: the dont have speculative intention or short term gain. So if the can get best of the services from broker the will get secured to some e4tent. Data also indicates one thing that investors are prefer to keep their demat and broking account at same place ;with same compan .. 2his might be because of charges and conveniences, generall as there are now man pla ers in the D! and <(=>I"? segment. 2his competition leads to give services better and cheaper and as a result the are offering such packages that provide customers convenience as well as fair charges. Here one positive side of the SHCIL, I would like to lime light on that is the customer conveniences are providing on time. It is also appreciable for SHCIL is that, SHCIL (a)kot has got ver enthusiastic, hardworking, intelligent, and sincere and customer oriented staff, which is ver important for ever organi+ation. =ne point of SHCIL, which I want to note here is that, for surviving in this competitive era, SHCIL will have to decrease their demat charges as well as their broking charges which are little bit higher than the other competitors.
