Subject: Request to be a part of Renewable Energy Week 2014 Dear , First of all, I would like to thank you for your support for making Renewable Energy Week 2013 a grand success. With your support Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC) organized exhibition, rally, different interaction and awareness programmes throughout the country. AEPC is again celebrating Renewable Energy Week 2014 from 6 -10 February 2013 in Kathmandu Valley and at district level. The theme of this years RE Week is Renewable Energy for green industrial development. Therefore, AEPC is partnering with Federation of Nepal Cottage and Small Industries (FNCSI) to organize this event. The objectives of the event are to Create awareness about large scale utilization of renewable energy to general public for wider use of renewable in Nepal and to address present energy crisis. sensitise policy makers to make Renewable Energy as mainstreaming energy source for economic development. attract and engage private sector investment in renewable energy sector.

AEPC is planning to carryout following activities in the event Exhibition at Bhirkuti Mandap (around 300 stalls) and at district level Recognition program to people who have contributed in Renewable Energy Sector Photo Exhibition of impact of RE technologies Renewable Energy Technology Competition (Bachelor and Master level Student) Policy Discussion on RE issues Training on large Biogas Productive Energy Use Business Plan Competition Stove Design Competition Orientation program for school children Massive Promotion and Marketing

We understand that your esteemed organization has been promoting renewable energy directly or indirectly in Nepal. AEPC being a nodal organization for promotion of renewable energy in Nepal would like to request your partnership to make this event successful. We hope that this collaboration will lead to substantial and continued participation in future to make renewable energy mainstream in Nepal. In this regard, we would like to request you to put your organization stall in exhibition at Bhrikuti Mandap. The tentative cost of install is NRS 30,000 for 3m X 3m size.
