3] CEILING CONCEALED HORIZONTAL FAN COIL UNITS SHALL HAVE: Ceiling Concealed Horizontal Fan coil units shall be constructed out of 20 G GI Pre-coated GI sheet with 3 row
deep Cooling coil (9.5 mm OD & tube thickness 30G) aluminum fins. blowers; single phase direct driven motor, 12
mm thick pre filter and drain pan constructed out of 22 G SS, 24 G. plain GI as covering sheet & sandwiched

Are not covered under above warranty. Also, motor burn-out due to
Voltage / frequency fluctuation / single phasing or any other electrical
Disorder at your end will not be covered under the above warranty
